Most importantly- they took an extra few minutes to show me how to effortlessly get the (many) scuffs off my car. That was above and beyond and the best thing I’ve learned in a long time!”

“I have been going here for a long time, 7-8 years. I have never had a bad personal experience since going. The only complaint I have is the price rising over the years. But, so has everything else.
Today I had my car serviced by Austin at the Alabaster location. He has been training and he did a phenomenal job helping me with my vehicle! The assistant manager, Collin, is also very nice. I will be a regular customer until I move!”

“I cannot say enough great things about this business. I called about the A/C in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado not working. I was able to drop my truck off later that same day, and they had it completely repaired and ready for me to pick up the following afternoon! Pricing was very reasonable, and they communicated and worked with my warranty company, and even tried to get the warranty to cover some other things that they noticed on my truck, without me even asking them! They communicated with me very well throughout the process, and provided top notch customer service. I've definitely found my new go-to auto repair shop for all of my vehicles.”

“I have been looking for a SLK 300 low miles for months. I have spoken to several dealerships around the nation. Everyone of them gave me the run around or had multiple fees that increased the price well beyond the original listing price. Then I found Drivers Way and Austin. They had just taken the vehicle in on trade and Austin sent me detailed pictures and addressed all of my concerns. This place was a absolute pleasure to do business with especially since I was 3 hours away. A fair price for a beautiful car for my sons first. “The people here at this shop were angels to us a year ago this July. We had broken down on the interstate on the way home from a very bad vacation... filled with heartache. One of the worst weeks of my life. As our car broke down, so did I... big time. We were able to get our car off the nearest exit and got it to this place. They were completely booked/full/busy and weren't going to take us, but I'm pretty sure one of them noticed how broken I was looking and they squeezed us in. Within an hour and a half, we were back on the road and headed home to Illinois. I haven't forgotten the kindness of that family there at Alabaster Auto Service... I keep our receipt from that day taped inside our cabinet door as a reminder and send prayers their way often.”

“While traveling from Gulf Shores to Indiana our AC went out and it was HOT. After stopping at Advanced Auto we were referred to Long-LewisQuick Lane. They got our car in immediately and, after originally being told it could take up to two hours for the repair, it was repaired and we were back on the road in less than an hour. The service was excellent and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The AC worked well the rest of the trip and we made it home cool and without any other problems. I can’t thank the Long-Lewis staff enough for their help. Don’t know the name of girl at the front desk but she was awesome. Thank you again!”
“Absolutely Amazing Service @ this location!!!! ?? ???? The staff here is kind, professional, and SUPER efficient. Sammi, Rod, Logan, Stephanie and Sarah took care of my service (tire rotation) in about 20 mins. They were even more understanding and gracious to complete a tire balance (I forgot to request it ??♀️DOH!) after the initial service. Another 15 mins and I was all set. Comfortable indoor and outdoor waiting areas.
I HIGHLY recommend this Pelham Walmart Auto Care location for your automobile needs. Kudos to staff and management. ?????”

“The guys were cool, but I was charged more for my used tires than any other used shop I've ever been to. Typically, for the same grade of tires id be charged around $50 each. I paid almost $70 each for two of them at Kings. If it wasn't for the fact that I didn't want to try diving all the way to Guero's I would have left. I honestly think he just charged me what he wanted to, but I might be wrong. Either way, I won't be going back. I'll stick with my Spanish buddies at Guero's. $213 for three used tires.”

We ordered the truck earlier in the year and Paul was upfront about delivery taking a few months from the order date. We were kept abreast of updates on the order status while the truck was being built and shipped.When the truck arrived at the dealership, Paul reviewed all the features and answered any questions we had and the managers wanted to make sure we were fully satisfied with the sales process (which we were).We would not hesitate to make an additional purchase in the future from Long-Lewis and also would recommend them for anyone looking to buy a Ford.”
