“My daughter’s car was running crappy. I took it in and Shawn smith got to it immediately and fixed the problem in less than an hour. It was 4spRk plugs. Shawn smith is always very professional, courteous and always fast!! Not too mention a great mechanic. I will always go back!!”
“Excellent customer service, quick, informative, and made awesome recommendations. If I didn't live as far away I'd only come here. I recommend everyone in the area to visit this location. Lastly they have 3 bays for oil change and a whopping 6 bays for auto mechanics. Plenty of eateries and shopping locations within strolling distance. View the pics. Don't waste your time going anywhere else in the area ??.”
“I left the Bessemer store on Academy drive due to being ignored for 20 minutes. I came to this location and was met with Olivia who was right on the job. Excellent customer service from her. “Great oil change experience! Efficient, informative on what other services were due, but no pressure to add on today. Everyone was professional and extremely polite. Most importantly- they took an extra few minutes to show me how to effortlessly get the (many) scuffs off my car. That was above and beyond and the best thing I’ve learned in a long time!”
