“I had issues with my previous vet and heard good things about Lake Crest so I tried them out for baths for my two pups. My previous vet refused to see Gladstone because he had been reactive when they clipped his nails during one of his visits. But wanted me to continue bringing Auggie because she was an "angel". I decided I needed to move vets so my dogs could receive the best care. Lake Crest was great and I had no complaints about either of my dogs being reactive. Makes me think the previous vet just did not like Gladstone. Gladstone and Auggie were shiny and soft following their baths at Lake Crest as well as their nails clipped. Lake Crest's service was much needed and much appreciated!”

“One of my cats was having a problem with her eyes and I couldn’t get into see my usual vet. I called Metro cat clinic and they were able to see me the next day. Robbin made my appointment and was very friendly. The clinic was easy to find and clean when I arrived. The vet tech was very nice. The doctor and the vet tech examined my kitty in front of me and we’re very careful and gentle with her even though she’s quite wiggly. They explained everything to me to my satisfaction. They also made some other observations and further recommendations that I appreciated. Dr was very nice. She took her time and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Although this was just a first visit, I was overall quite impressed.”

Yours is the only one that averages double or more to the boarding cost with “required” services. That is very irritating since it is not considered best practices by other providers.”
