“Great place to get your groceries at a good price. But there Delhi was phenomenal. Big portions I was totally impressed. I bet my plate weigh 5 pounds. Maybe more tasty. Perfect spot on is the best macaroni pinto beans, mashed potatoes and Mexican cornbread turnip greens all for six dollars. I’m definitely going back to do this again. you cannot beat the price anywhere you can’t buy the food and fix it at home for six dollars loved it. I give it 10 thumbs up.??????????”

I am so glad the owners of Bruce's Foodland who tried everything in the town council to stop us from having another store were unsuccessful.They said us local people couldn't afford things this store offers. I heard this speech myself online. Shucks they have more bargains and much better and fresher food than Bruce's. Bye Bye Foodland. I love Food CITY.”

I'm sorry some of the reviews on here are not as good as I would like and just hope the ones who haven't been in lately give us another chance. “This location is atop a mountain.
Thus, there aren't many restaurants and places to shop in the general area. Therefore, that DG market is important to the locals in In the area. I found it adequate and had basic things a person would need to survive. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
“I love my dollar general store, the only thing I do not like & why I gave a 4 star is bcuz they don’t stock their shelves very well & are out of a lot of things I usually buy so it puts me to going to San other store z& I have to walk to my places so once I walk 4 miles to the store & 4 miles bk, the other store is 5 miles one so it’s hard to do that in a days timing & me getting old & cold weather stops that a lot. Need delivery better. Bcuz door dash sucks iur here in country. If h get order ur doing great. The 3rd key girl that works there at FlatRock I love her to death she’s very friendly, knows how to talk to & treat a customer. She doesn’t treat u badly like some these other managers look down on u bcuz I go in balled up in clothes bcuz I walk. It’s cold, she’s always taken time to serve us like we are family we need more like her k& store would be awesome. I can’t remember her name but I’m going there shortly I get it. “I have nothing but good to say about the Scenic Highway Dollar General location. My son and I went in last night to pick up some snacks and my son had recently received a new debit card, and was having trouble with his PIN number. The cashier Chris was so kind about our technical issues. He was very patient and friendly as we tried to get our debit card to work. Chris gives the kind of customer service that is so unexpected in this day and time. Just about all of the staff at this location is friendly and efficient. Kim, who also works at this location, is always very personable and ready to help her customers. I am grateful for this store because for people out in the more rural areas of Lookout Mountain it keeps us from having to run to Trenton, Fort O or Lafayette like we used to have to do.”
