I own a salon and I know how important our customers are. It was so refreshing to come into an environment where they weren’t just trying to sell you something but they were there to meet our needs. “Love going in to this store. The ladies that work there are so awesome! They are very knowledgeable, I get greeted by at least one person EVERY TIME I go in there. And, I hear them greet others as well. This company is very fortunate to be staffed with this many great employees. Store is clean, stocked, and even the parking lot looks great. I used to go to the AutoZone on 280 but after 2 bad experiences - one involving a manager verbally berating a team member for 45 minutes in front of me instead of being a leader - I found this O'Reilly Auto Parts. Not only are these guys professional, they are knowledgeable, energetic, client focused, efficient, and will help you diagnose and find the right part at the best price! I drive from my home in Northport to Hwy 280 for work everyday and even if it's an off day, there is nowhere else I'll shop for my parts! Kudos to all that they do! If you need parts for your vehicle, I wouldn't suggest any other location or company.”

Yes, they had the correct battery in stock , installed it in about 15 minutes and hauled the old one away. Friendly efficient service from all the employees.
