“Big kudos to Ignacio and Frank! These two truly went above and beyond to help me when my car started accelerating on its own and wouldn’t go over 20 mph. They spent hours troubleshooting my car in between helping other customers and didn’t give up until they finally found the problem – a blown fuse! I’m so grateful for their patience, kindness and willingness to help. Thank you Ignacio and Frank for going the extra mile. You both are a true asset to O’Reilly auto parts. I wish there were more customer service representatives like you two!”

“Definitely recommend you buy an Interstate battery. I bought one just at 15 months ago after a couple of days having to use my jump box every time I cranked my car I brought it back to them they tested it came back bad battery. And since it had an 18 month warranty, they handed me a brand new one, no questions asked, no hassle, just the way a warranty should be. Definitely recommend buying an interstate battery”
