Mark was incredible and truly cared about customer satisfaction! The installers were great to work with as well! I ordered my quartz countertops, kitchen cabinets and wine bar cabinets all from Home Depot and would do it again!”

“The dryer went out. We were in a crunch to dry the grandkids clothes. We went looking for a drier at the Fultondale Lowe's. Daelin (sp?) in the appliances was absolutely wonderful. He gave us great information about the features of different dryers. He ran back-and-forth to the back several times to see if there was one of the ones we thought we wanted that was in stock that we could take home with us right then. And he even offered things for us to think about that we never had thought of: using a pedestal, stacking the appliances, etc. He's a great guy to have on your team Lowe's!”
“The highlight was the older gentleman that was assisting me at the help yourself check out. I was logged into My Lowe’s and was redeeming two different gift cards, and he very kindly walked me through the process. He was very friendly and patient. A much older man.
4 stars ⭐ because I couldn’t get a store credit for a return, but I also could not find the receipt and I tried two of my credit cards and they did not work.”
