There ended up being a small issue with the delivery, but they handled it immediately and even had their employees as well as the store manager Cory deliver it to my house within an hour. They went above and beyond what I could’ve ever asked, and I appreciate them so much. I will always use this particular store. And I’m so thankful for their team and their store manager way to go Hoover Lowe’s”
“As soon as I open the door and I hadn't even stepped in I heard how many we help you? There were three people sitting behind the counter and I truly believe all of them spoke at once. It felt real good not to have to go begging for help.
The first step after you enter the building is the sign in procedure. They take all of your personal information and make a folder that they carry around while you're making decisions in the back.
Let me tell you about the back. I have never seen so much LVP, engineered hardwood flooring, carpeting, backsplashes and I forget what else on display in the back.
The salesman has a background in design and I really believe all of them do. He worked with me for about an hour, added all my choices of material to the folder he created and we set up an appointment for me to come back with one of my daughters to give her blessing to the material I decided on. It was so smooth, no problems And I was even giving a bottle of water while we looked it everything. I'm not going anywhere else I'm staying with ProSource.”

“Gigi, in the kitchen department, was wonderful! She helped from day one and had some very good suggestions as to colors, features, etc. We had an issue with the manufacturer but the whole management team worked to resolve this and replaced all the cabinet fronts. Mark was incredible and truly cared about customer satisfaction! The installers were great to work with as well! I ordered my quartz countertops, kitchen cabinets and wine bar cabinets all from Home Depot and would do it again!”
