Excellent customer service on their part.
Like some comments before the hotel needs refreshing. The rooms are.clean and have a certain je se sais quoi, which is the idea of an Aloft. We had a room with a balcony and it was a larger size. The floor is similar to painted cement, carpet is that thin. Has a shower but we only got hot water. That is a new one to have, ha. Windows and doors are showing age. Having said that we enjoyed the room very much. People decide for themselves what is needed and what makes a room comfortable. The lobby is in very good shape and has a bar with a regular bartender. This is a place to hang out. Pool table, plenty of TVs and seats to hang out. A small snack area exists near the circular front desk.
The fitness room is clean, small and basic. The cardio machines worked but not TVs attached to them. Suggest getting a cable driven weight machine. Small indoor pool is on the premises and has lounge chairs.
Location is on the middle of Soho with many shops and restaurants to peruse. The shops were mostly furniture and women's clothing.
Service by the staff was 90% great. One person, OMG, was a fun sponge. Just brings people down to be around.
Ample free street parking existed while we were at the hotel.
Would I go back yes. Hoping they can refresh the hotel to make it outstanding.”

“This mid range hotel is good value for the money. The check-in process was easy and fast. The room was very comfortable and clean. The lack of a complimentary breakfast was probably impacted by the room rate. We'll stay again!”
