She even does occasional tastings, AND she usually has some incredible deals going on as well as very low price options for when you’re in a pinch.
Of all the spirits stores in the metro, this one is by far the most unique.”

“Really tight on the inside but they do have a lot to offer from drinks, liquor, beers, and snacks. their gas prices go up and down, sometimes cheaper then other stores around but sometimes a lot more. Its a great store though!”

“I stopped by yesterday just to check out the shop and was impressed with how large of a selection was available and with the quality of the wines in stock. Within minutes of coming in, I was greeted and given the layout of the wines. I truly felt like I got the “local” experience with great conversation with no pushy sales tactics. I walked away with 3 great bottles of champagne and will definitely be coming back again because of how good this experience was. Highly recommend checking them out.”

“We go here regularly to refill our liquor stash, but we recently visited to get some moving boxes. This is a GREAT place to go. The guy working there helped us out with plenty of free boxes to fit our needs! It’s a 2 for 1 stop!”
“Modern upscale but relaxed atmosphere tucked in a strip mall setting. Service was great. Staff was very knowledgeable. They made great recommendations based on just a few questions. The burrata with olive oil and crostini toast was a star. Creamy heaven on perfectly toasted bread. The 3 cheeses on the board were well balanced. Not pictured is the bread and olive oil dish. This was our least favorite dish. The olive oil was good quality but the bread was lackluster for us. If it were toasted it may have been better but for a plain piece of bread it just didn't add to the dish. Sort of like wheat bread from subway. We had two white wines based on their recommendations that were lovely. We even got a bottle of each to take home.”

“They're expensive on a lot of stuff, but I can tell you what they got a great great great great great great great great great great selection of really unique things to eat and try and snack on. They've got pickled soda, they've got, if you like miso soup in hot and sour soup and things like that they've got a full mix of those they got a lot of things you couldn't find at walmart, really unique things they've even got a ranch dressing drink, a bacon drink, I mean it's just really unique stuff great stocking stuffer place!!!”

“It's a state store, so the prices are Tha same as any ABC store. The staff here are a little hands-off compared to Crestwood or Mountain Brook, and will only help if asked nicely. At least this is my experience. The selection is basic but OK. The store itself is pretty ratty, but they keep it reasonably clean. Not my favorite ABC store, but I'll go there if it's closest.”

“Fantastic. Not only great quality meat, but their premade meals are reasonably priced and delicious. Check out their “freezer packing” bundles, maybe the best deal in town. Their wine section is extensive and well priced, the bottles I recognized were cheaper than I usually find. I end up going to more than 1 grocery store looking for deals anyways, and this spot is a steal”
“The Mountain Brook ABC Store is, without question, one of the best liquor stores in the area. The staff is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely helpful. Every visit is a pleasant experience thanks to their exceptional customer service.
What truly sets this location apart is its outstanding selection. They carry a wide variety of products, including specialty items that can be difficult to find elsewhere. I especially appreciate that they regularly stock Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur, an exceptional product that many liquor stores do not carry. It’s refreshing to find a store that recognizes and maintains such unique offerings for its customers.
The combination of an excellent inventory, attentive staff, and well-organized store makes this location stand out above the rest. “This is a busy location and a small store, so it can be hit or miss. Sometimes the shelves are empty and sometimes you can walk out with that hard-to-find bottle. I was lucky enough to find Crown Peach on my last visit. Staff is friendly, and there is one gentleman who works there who has actually helped with recommendations when I've wanted to try new bourbons.”
