“I came in earlier today for the first time. I wasn’t expecting much from a smaller store, but I had some time to kill waiting on Bailey Bros to open. As I went in I was greeted immediately and welcomed in. The staff (long haired blonde guy, didn’t catch your name, sorry!) was super friendly and answered all of my curious, dumb questions with a smile. I left with a few products and am very pleased. These guys are consistently nice, and knowledgeable, and the clientele is so varied that there's very little judgment to be found.They have a great selection ranging from nicotine vaping to Delta products. They tend to be on the cutting edge of the trends in vaping, so you'll often find new products there that you'd never even heard of until you've seen them. I've never had a bad experience here and I expect that to continue because there's always nice folks working there. They don't get paid enough, I'm sure.”
“If you want great customer service, come here. Prices are also the most competitive in the area. Most things are equal to or slightly less than what you'd pay from an online store (when you factor in shipping, tax, and age verification costs/signature delivery). Brad is a great guy and has always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's always taken the time to explain a new product if I have any questions. I never take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was truly deserved in this case. Being in QA/QC myself, I can appreciate a company that stands behind it's products and resolves issues quickly. “Very friendly helpful. Does not carry Voopoo Drag products so it was only open store last night so I stopped in to check if they carried my coils and Cookie Twist juice. They do carry a lot of Smok & juices. Cookie twist just not in my flavor choice & unfortunately didn’t have a coil but suggested trying their other store. Really friendly and super busy but still acknowledged me when I walked in and finished helping his customer then helped me. Thumbs on the service”
