I have used Acreedo for over a year and a half with no problems. Customer service has been great and my medication has always been on time.I have had 3 nurses in my time with Acreedo and have had nothing but good experiences with them.

Accredo needs to be permanently shut down. Their incompetence, lack or organization, poor internal communication, andsub par electronic medical record system will likely lead to preventable death or serious illness for their victims(if has not already).

Worst pharmaceutical company EVER! They overcharge their customers even when they have a copay assistance card. I have a $5 copay card and they withdrew almost $700 from my ckg account, even though I gave them my copay info. CSR told me their system wasn’t smart enough to know I had a copay card! THIEVES!
