“I had a great experience shopping at Publix at Lee Branch in Birmingham. The store is conveniently located and offers a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment. It has a great selection of groceries, fresh produce, bakery items, deli options, meat, seafood, and everyday household essentials, making it easy to find everything needed for a shopping trip. One of the things I appreciate most about this Publix is how clean and well-maintained the store is. The aisles are easy to navigate, and products are generally well stocked and neatly organized. The produce section has a good variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, while the bakery and deli provide plenty of convenient options for meals or quick lunches.”

“Have you met the staff at Remedies Pharmacy? Especially the Pharmacist Lea is full of knowledge and always finding ways to help her patients. If you have questions she has the answers. Now as for the staff they’re always welcoming and make it feel like you are one of them. They’ve gotten good at remembering a lot of their regulars and even new faces that come in. They’re quick to ensure you are helped and taken care of as soon as you walk through the door.”

“It's a Publix, what do you expect. Clean, neat, well stocked. Some stuff may be more expensive but it is an easy trade off for the experience. Great deals make up for the few price outliers.”

“Love the fact that I can buy groceries then stop by and get gas before leaving for home. The gas prices are much better than the Quick mart down the street. I have been a member of this Sam's Club since they first opened in Hoover.”

“As both a provider and patient/customer I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy. I made the switch personally from a big box pharmacy to Moss Rock Pharmacy a few years ago and I’m so thankful I did. There’s nowhere else you’ll get as great of customer service and care plus one on one time with the pharmacists if needed. Highly recommend!!”

“Always 5 stars, except today. I had The Misfortune of having to deal with a female Pharmacy young technician named Adonis. I told her my name and she abruptly said okay we'll take care of you. Then she came back and said they were out of stock of my prescription which I had called two days earlier for them to order for me. She was very rude and dismissive. The gentleman working told her to check the boxes that had come in and she huffed and puffed walked over there and very aggressively started opening boxes found my prescription, then continue to fill it using her bare hands with no gloves. This is the only employee ever at this Pharmacy that has been so blatantly rude and extremely unhappy. If she hates her job, then perhaps being a pharmacy technician is not a field that she needs to continue to pursue. I was in the store at approximately 9:30 on October 31st 2024 and every other single technician in that store was very ,very friendly and very helpful, happy and impeccable service, except the young pharmacy technician named I was told "Adonis"”

“The pharmacists and pharmacy staff here are by far the most helpful, friendly, and in general pleasant to do business with. They are always smiling while doing their job. I don’t mean to beat a dead horse, but I must say that the staff here just gives off positive vibe and make going to the pharmacy as pleasant as it can possibly be. Thanks for all your assistance and courteousness.”

“We have been using Valleydale Publix pharmacy, since they opened at least a decade ago. We have NEVER had a problem with any of the pharmacists (all are top notch Jessica & Amanda etc) or technicians. A very special thanks to Betina (Pharmacy tech) for always going above and beyond, always being patient, always pleasant, always helpful, and has an extended knowledge of medications and insurance. An added plus--she gives a pain-free shot, imo. I cannot say enough good things about MY Publix pharmacy, and Betina, where they know you by name, and where you're not just a number. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHARMACY.”

“I LOVE LOVE my pharmacy . Daveenyah just spent so much time helping me with my daughter’s prescription. I want her managers to know how much I appreciated her kindness. Adam has gone the Extra mile for me. So many allergies makes it difficult to get the drug I need. He also has spent time working on my behalf. Angel has been kind at the drive through. I just love this pharmacy. Thank you! Everyone is incredible at helping .”

“Love this pharmacy!! Feels small town when you walk up to the counter. Dr. Tony, Dr. Autumn and Shannon are so friendly and often times call me and my kids by name. They are very patient with my questions and go out of their way to fill the prescription if they know I am going to wait. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone.”

“We switched from Walgreen where many people in the pharmacy were incredibly rude and it could take up to a week to get my medicine refilled. I have been amazed at how quickly I can get my meds at Publix's. Frequently the same day! I am impressed with their level of curtesy and politeness. Thank you for excellent service.”

“I went to the cafe for a hot dog. Not only was the service quick and kind but the food was delicious. The hot dog was a good size for what you pay which is 2.50 for the combo with a drink and the bun was soft. I am not someone who particularly enjoys hot dogs but this one was delicious. The eating area was sanitary and clean and there was room to distance in case of a need to do so which I did appreciate. I found the packaging to be a bit wasteful and would love to see fewer uses of plastic especially in the drink containers and the cutlery. Overall it was a very positive experience and I will be returning.”

“I called ahead and let the Pharmacist know that I potentially have COVID and am awaiting my test results. They went out of their way to go out in the store for me and got my over the counter vitamins and medicines and rang it all up at the pharmacy drive thru. I had my Emotional Support Dog with me in his car seat and she even put a sealed baggy with a Milkbone in it for him. I'm really appreciative of how thoughtful they were in preparing everything so that I didn't feel as though I had to go inside or find a friend that could go in for me.”

“I needed to call in a prescription, and we were having trouble finding a pharmacy open on this Easter Sunday. Fortunately for the patient in need, this CVS was open and very helpful in getting the prescription filled. An added bonus was how friendly the pharmacist was while taking care of the order. I'd certainly recommend this CVS (2301 John Hawkins Pkwy)”

“CVS has consistently provided exceptional customer service. On May 27th at approximately 4:30 PM, I visited the Hoover Pelham location on Chase Drive. The attendant who assisted me was exceptional. Despite my usual visits to the store for evening orders or shopping, her kindness, smile, and overall demeanor made my day memorable. She is undoubtedly one of the most remarkable strangers I have encountered in a long time. I believe she holds a managerial position, and I regret not remembering her name. I hope that anyone who reads this review recognizes her. Her actions significantly improved my day, and I sincerely hope she is aware of the positive impact she had on me. CVS should recognize and reward such exceptional customer service. It is not only about assisting with products or services but also providing a personalized experience that can transform a challenging day. Thank you, CVS worker, for your kindness and willingness to engage in a conversation about Dubai chocolate. Your actions made my day brighter and more enjoyable.”

“The staff is friendly and professional. I’ve seen unreasonable customers in the store, and the staff eventually has to be firm with them. It’s my guess that the lower ratings are coming from “those” customers.”

“CVS on Tyler Road has some of the BEST employees, both on the floor and in the Pharmacy. I go there at least 1 or 2 times a week, and keep coming back because everyone is thoughtful, professional, and kind. There are too many names to list all who have helped me. Among my recent visits, Tarik and Nichelle were very helpful.”
