I would like to say I've had the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. The manager Justin has been seen as rude and impatient to both his crew and others in the store alike. I would recommend upper management to handle this situation quickly.

An employee entered in the wrong information for an item I returned, therefore I wasn’t credited the full amount that I paid. Called the manager and he said the only thing he could do for me is if I came back to the store that is 40 minutes away after I just got home……. Very frustrating.

I walked in with a shopping bag from another store when the sensor went off and an employee came towards us and asked if we had sensors on anything. When we explained to her that we just walked in the store and we didn't have anything. She asked to see our bag . So unprofessional and embarrassing.
