“We had an AMAZING experience with Rob and Kathy! This team really did a great job of helping us find the perfect suit for my husband for our daughter’s wedding. We were able to find an entire ensemble (shoes and all) that perfectly complimented the Mother of the Bride dress! We will definitely be back and appreciate this store!”

“I absolutely love Jason, Cheryl and Justin. They are the best sales representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting the only downfall id say about this store is how empty the store always is. As a customer I’d order more items from this store if the items I want are on the shelf. Every time I want a particular item I have to order it online which wastes even more time out of my day. Thank you guys for everything you do!!!!”

“I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”

“Asher Riley needlepoint is really nice quality. I will certainly be buying from them again. The southern kindness of the costomer service here is incredible. It is nice to know who you're buying from and what the company stands for.I purchased the wine case and a needle point wallet, both are GREAT conversation starters.”

“I recently stopped by Kohl’s in Hoover to return some Amazon items and spent a little time walking through the store afterward. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection of merchandise. What surprised me most was how few people were shopping. For such a large store, it felt unusually quiet, and it made me wonder how brick-and-mortar retailers are competing in today’s environment. The merchandise was nice, but some of the pricing seemed a bit higher than I expected. That said, the store was pleasant to shop in, easy to navigate, and the return process was quick and hassle-free. Overall, a good experience and a solid place to shop, especially if you’re already stopping in for an Amazon return. 4 out of 5 stars.”

“Haley is honestly one of the best people you could hope to have helping you at Old Navy. From the moment you walk in, she brings such a positive, welcoming energy that instantly makes the shopping experience better. She’s incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and she really takes the time to understand what you’re looking for instead of just rushing you through. What stands out the most is how attentive and hardworking she is. Haley goes above and beyond—whether it’s helping you find the right size, putting together outfit ideas, or checking in to make sure everything is going well. She makes you feel like you actually matter as a customer, which is rare. On top of that, she’s super knowledgeable about the store and always seems to know exactly where everything is. Even when it’s busy, she stays calm, professional, and kind to everyone around her. Overall, Haley doesn’t just do her job—she elevates the entire experience. If every store had someone like her, shopping would be a whole lot more enjoyable.”

“Had a pair of boots I had not had very long and they fell apart (not cavenders fault) and the manager completely reimbursed me and I was able to purchase a new pair. Something he definitely didn’t have to do but chose to anyway. I’ll never buy another pair of boots anywhere else.”

“I like Kohl's it's like a cleaner TJ Maxx and better than Ross in terms of not being picked through. I asked an employee if they had a product in stock that I saw online and she seemed to be so annoyed that I didn't say Hi how are you first. She ignored my question and took a step back and said Hi How are you? While giving me a look of annoyance. I understand I should have made small talk first. It's the south but I guess I just needed to get going. I felt embarrassed. I smiled and said good how are you and then repeated my question. She said no. And went back to work. I turned around and the item she said they didn't have had a stack right there lol. I got what I needed but wish I wasn't scolded for not being more friendly. I really do respect everyone. I grew up working in fast food, retail and childcare. Oh well the lady who checked me out was beyond friendly and helpful as I had 3 separate purchases. She let me know right away to sign up for their rewards program so I can get 20% off.”

Lots of clearance items to choose from around the time we shopped. We recieved great value for out money. Also the associates were all very helpful and extremely engaging without being overbearing or watchful. The exchange was delightful.”

“I don't know how this happened. Somehow, for years I have over looked Macys hen shopping for all things makeup, skin care, and other beauty supplies. Came in yesterday since we had parked in this area prior to walking around the Galleria mall. Most of the times when we come to the mail we park on the JCPenny side and don't pay any means to Macys. But I am so happy we came through yesterday. As soon as we walked in we saw a gorgeous display of fragrances. We were on top of that so fast spraying different ones to see what they smelled like. It got intense. Next we walked through the purse aisles as well as the make up and beauty supplies. Everything was marked down as low as it possibly could be marked down. I saw some bath and shower sets for $2 and even lower than that. All in all, if you are looking for a gift for a friend or yourself, I highly recommend checking out Macys. There was so much good stuff.”

“We ordered the leather radley sectional and ottoman and our sales associate, Donna was amazing! She treated us like we were her only customers, keeping track of everything for us and making sure we got everything just the way we wanted it. She returned calls promptly, followed up on how everything was going and bent over backwards to make sure our delivery was perfect. I truly can’t say enough good things about her and the furniture department at the Hoover store!”

“Great prices for stylish clothes! I was disappointed that they didn't have many ladies sweatshirts and it's right before Black Friday... maybe they have some coming in? Also, the fitting rooms at the Galleria location were closed, so we didn't get the jeans my son wanted since he wasn't able to see if they fit.”
