“This branch provides excellent service! I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Diana Simpson upon entering the office. I needed help on an online transaction. I made the request at a different branch several days ago but did not work out well. Ms. Simpson patiently listened to my explanation and spent time reading all the records in the system. She went above and beyond to assist me and tried to make sure my request was properly addressed. In just few hours I saw my request was fulfilled. It's amazing to see how quickly she got the problem solved! Her knowledge and expertise have made this process so much easier. I greatly appreciate Ms. Diana Simpson and her exceptional assistance!”
