Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience. “This review is not for the Bank itself but rather an employee Mrs Audrey. My mom called to have checks printed and apparently that task was not attempted before we arrived to pick them up, Mrs Audrey instead of dismissing us along with the other tellers, stepped up and helped correct the situation. The bank itself was not a 5 star experience but Mrs Audrey made sure our experience worked out, so we really appreciated her customer service when the company's character overall was lacking.”
