“I have to give the staff a Big Shout Out: Tyrese, Daniel the Hispanic gentleman and Mike. They came my rescue Wednesday afternoon. I got overheated being a prediabetic didn't help. I begin to feel faint and they caught me as I was trying to get inside the building to cool off. They were able to assist me twice. Three stayed with me and Daniel and the other gentleman kept checking on me. The second time, Daniel took the wheel and finished my vehicle, while Michael brought me a cool towel. I am so Grateful for their assistance and I enjoyed the car wash. I will be back. To Big Drip you have an amazing staff”

“After a nice lunch at one of the many lunch spots in Vestavia, we decided to take little walk. My stomach started to turn and I needed to use the rest room and fast.This shell station had a huge confidence store inside with a large array of snacks for the road. Everything from the classic chips and jerky to gummies, candies and a f real ice cream machine. I can't comment on the gas prices, but the inside of the store was clean, they had huge drink coolers with everything from water to beer. The bathrooms were very clean too which was an extra perk. Couldn't leave without buying at least so,etching so I decided to get a smart water before leaving. Overall experience was easy breezy.”

My family has been doing business with Anthony's for YEARS and has never had a bad experience. Always a great investment for a quality wash. Always a pleasure interacting with the gentlemen who take such great care of our cars. Things have always gone so seamlessly that I've never really had to go inside for much.

Well, in trying to buy the premium subscription package they have for my Dad for Father's day, I completely botched the online process. So much for trying to save time! Turns out I would need to completely refund the purchase I made so I could get the right subscription on the right card. I couldn't get over to the store till around closing time. The young lady at the front desk who helped me was attentive (listened wonderfully to all the information I dumped on her), compassionate, and quick to help resolve the problem I caused. She went above and beyond - even calling her manager who had already left to get in touch with the OWNER to get my problem completely resolved and my Dad well on his way to enjoying a premium clean courtesy of his kiddos. Called the next day just to double check their store hours for the upcoming holiday and to confirm we were all clear. I spoke to another wonderful young lady who is currently helping us set up what I should have done correctly on the first go round. WOW!!

You can put your money anywhere, but I hope this review helps you understand that Anthony's really is a cut above the rest. Not only do they take great care of cars; they show tremendous care in how they serve their customers. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much, Anthony's!!”
