The staff is friendly and professional. I’ve seen unreasonable customers in the store, and the staff eventually has to be firm with them. It’s my guess that the lower ratings are coming from “those” customers.

I’ve had no issues with this store until a few days ago (5/14, 4pm). I was doing self check out and I asked cashier a simple question. She yelled as she walked towards me “god, I can’t wait for 10:00 to get here!”. That was rude and uncalled for…terrible customer service.
