The pharmacy team is professional, thorough, and puts customer service first, creating very positive experiences. The pharmacist is extremely helpful, keeps customers informed, and cares about patients. While one customer's first impression years ago was not strong, their experience over the last five years has been excellent. The store team is also commended, with staff members juggling multiple tasks like checkout issues, training, and stocking while maintaining a pleasant and kind attitude, even when rectifying errors. This location makes it easier to manage pharmacy, health, and wellness needs with reliable value. It offers prescriptions, vaccinations, personal care items, and more, with time-saving options like pickup and delivery to keep you moving.
CVS on Tyler Road has some of the BEST employees, both on the floor and in the Pharmacy. I go there at least 1 or 2 times a week, and keep coming back because everyone is thoughtful, professional, and kind. There are too many names to list all who have helped me. Among my recent visits, Tarik and Nichelle were very helpful.

I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the pharmacy. Sometimes the front employees are slow to come up, but I just chalk that up to not enough help on the floor, not their fault. Nice makeup selection!
