“At store - everything is clean. Everything is organized. Everybody seems hard at work. There's not trash everywhere. Theyve got a lot of Halloween stuff out. To top it off, theyve got fairly decent prices!
This was the first time I've ever been in here, and it sure is nice. If you need anything for your home, indoor or outdoor, this is the place to go”
“I've been shopping here since 2016. Always fantastic sales and great customer service. One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”
“From the time I walked into this Super Target store, Desiree, a cashier exemplified EXCELLENT customer service to me. (At 1pm on Sunday, 4 or 5 cashiers had 0 customers.) Seeing I needed help, Desiree directed me to the juicers, looked for the Breville, took it off the shelf. She was very patient with me. As a senior citizen needing directions often when in a megastore, I am so grateful to DESIREE for giving me the royal treatment at HOOVER TARGET, on GROVE BLVD.”

“This is a great store. Large selection of men's, women's and children's clothing. I grew up in the '70s shopping with my mom at JCPenney's. This store is laid out like a clothing store should be. Jeans are with jeans, khaki pants are with khaki pants, and shirts are with shirts. They also have a great selection of men's suits and sportswear. Not a jumbled up mess like a lot of the new clothing stores these days.”
“Wal-Mart’s attempts to improve one’s shopping experience by rearranging half of the stores merchandise is a failure in my opinion. I want to be able to find what I’m searching for in the same place in each store.”

“Ross is a great place to find great deals on a limited and ever-changing variety of clothing, home goods, and accessories. The prices are up to 75% off retail. The store's a bit unkempt, but perhaps that's the nature of this type of store. The employees are friendly enough, and seem to only mildly hate their jobs. I found some great men's dress shirts, slacks, a 3.00 tie (with a tie clip!), some fragrant candles, and a Calvin Klein hoodie and scarf for the wife, all for less than I'd have paid for a single shirt and slacks anywhere else.”
“Shoneice was a very good help, she attended to me the entire time since i had arrived. She helped me in the Vision Center and helped me retighten my glasses. I recommend her to anyone who goes in there.”
“I think the pharmacists here are very courteous and helpful. We have had to navigate medication changes, shortages, etc. They have always proven very helpful. I love the drive up option too!”
“I called ahead and let the Pharmacist know that I potentially have COVID and am awaiting my test results. They went out of their way to go out in the store for me and got my over the counter vitamins and medicines and rang it all up at the pharmacy drive thru. I had my Emotional Support Dog with me in his car seat and she even put a sealed baggy with a Milkbone in it for him. I'm really appreciative of how thoughtful they were in preparing everything so that I didn't feel as though I had to go inside or find a friend that could go in for me.”
“My shopping experience was satisfactory as usual. However when you reconfigure your stores with no guidance shoppers strugggle to adjust. I can navigate a new layout easily but I notice seniors or disabled people in difficulty. Can you provide temporary signage or a handout? A disabled friend spent 2 1/2 hours grocery shopping due to a new layout. Additionally your prices seem unusually high, I am considering CostCo and you are much higher on some groceries than Trader Joe’s. Continue to leave with 5 to 6 items unavailable when I go to a Super WalMart. Overall you do a great job.”
