“I like Kohls. Wide selection of most everything clothes. I like the kitchen supplies as well. Generally well stocked and staffed. Customer service is a little janky. It’s almost like they just change the rules on Kohls cash to see if they can make you mad.”

One time I was treated bad, I reported her because she was doing nothing ...standing, looking, giving dirty looks and never asking if I needed help. It shocked me because that's never happened....not in that store. Hopefully I will never have that happen again. (Best store in Bham.)”

“I like the store but HOLY *BLEEP* CLEAN THE BATHROOMS ?. Went there yesterday and me and the boyfriend had to use the bathroom, for some reason they switched up where the mens and womens restrooms were. No biggie, I walk in the womens and oh my gosh the smell of pee was pungent and disgusting. Urinal sitting there all stained and nasty looking. Larger stall had pieces of toilet seat cover on the seat. Other stall had piss all around and in the toilet. I immediately turned around and walked out without tinkling. I was not about to touch anything in there. Truly disgusting.”

“From the time I walked into this Super Target store, Desiree, a cashier exemplified EXCELLENT customer service to me. (At 1pm on Sunday, 4 or 5 cashiers had 0 customers.) Seeing I needed help, Desiree directed me to the juicers, looked for the Breville, took it off the shelf. She was very patient with me. As a senior citizen needing directions often when in a megastore, I am so grateful to DESIREE for giving me the royal treatment at HOOVER TARGET, on GROVE BLVD.”

“This is a great store. Large selection of men's, women's and children's clothing. I grew up in the '70s shopping with my mom at JCPenney's. This store is laid out like a clothing store should be. Jeans are with jeans, khaki pants are with khaki pants, and shirts are with shirts. They also have a great selection of men's suits and sportswear. Not a jumbled up mess like a lot of the new clothing stores these days.”
“I truly only have great things to say about this Walmart. Every visit is a great experience, whether I am shopping in store or using grocery pickup. The employees are phenomenal, especially the team members who load groceries. They are always kind, efficient, and helpful.
The store is always clean, tidy, organized, and easy to shop in. The recent renovation looks amazing, and I absolutely love the new layout. Everything just makes sense now and it is much easier to get in and out quickly. I especially appreciate that medicine is right near the entrance/exit, which is so helpful during flu season.
Prices are great, the produce is almost always fresh, and the bakery is amazing and so yummy. The kind young man who is usually at the self checkout is always quick to respond whenever you need help and makes the process smooth and stress free. Anytime I need assistance anywhere in the store, employees are quick to help and always have a positive attitude.
If I had one small wish, it would be for Walmart to accept Apple Pay in the future for added convenience, especially for those moments when you accidentally forget your wallet at home.
This location truly sets the standard for what a Walmart should be. Thank you to the entire team for consistently providing such a great shopping experience.”

“After I broke my foot and ankle, I was unable to navigate the store, even with the cart. I order my groceries on line now and my husband picks them up. I've been very impressed with the service. My nervousness over someone else picking out my produce was unwarranted as they've done a very nice job. I've been able to include all store items which has been great too. They give you ample opportunity to substitute items - or not - that are out of stock. One item I wanted that was out of stock was shipped to me at no additional charge. I make my menu and stick to what I need. Less impulse buying. We've had no issues with picking up or missed items. While I miss counting my personal shopping steps in my fitbit, I am not sure I'll ever go back in person!”
