Results oriented but at a pace that is not overwhelming. Assessment puts people at their current fitness level with other students then trains and helps them to progress to higher fitness levels. One of the best things I have done for myself in a while. Staff is outstanding, encouraging and motivating.

This is a great gym for group fitness! The trainers and gym owners are fantastic. They have a lot options for class times and the classes are open to all fitness levels. I highly recommend Fit People.

It is no exaggeration to say FitPeople is life changing. Taylor, Annie and Bo are awesome trainers who care about more than just your physical fitness. And the FitPeople tribe is the most fun and supportive community who help hold you accountable and become friends. Love these people! Love this place!
