Absolutely love the employees here. My husband came to get a 50 ft boom lift and millie (i think I spelt her name right) was such a sweetheart and amazing helper. She went above and beyond to make sure my husband had everything he needed with the lift. I hope more employees are like her <3

My friend bought a dishwasher right after thanksgiving. She waited all day to have it delivered. They never showed. The next week she waited all day. Delivery people called and said they would be there in 7 minutes. Never showed. Come to find out dishwasher was left on porch at neighbors house. It was supposed to be installed and no one signed for it so then, day number three and remember it’s now three weeks later she waited all day. They finally came around 4 o’clock and said we cannot install this. You have a part you need and we can’t do it. This is beyond ridiculous. I don’t know who they’re using for delivery, but they don’t need to use them now she’s going to have to wait another day to have it installed and Home Depot said they could only give her 20% refund.
