Drove all the way out there for them to tell me they didn't know where the product was. Not that they didn't have it. The system shows they have 12. They just don't know where it is. An amazing system there. I'll stick to Lowe's

Was in the area, Courtney has been talking for a while about wanting to buy himself a tool set. So we came into Home Depot. I've had some issues with other HD in the area especially when ordering items online from them so I figure it's always better to shop in store. We walked around for a while. Looking at tools, light fixtures and other items. Honestly, HD is one of those stores you can walk around in and just look at all sorts of items and be entertained for a long period of time! Though we did walk out empty handed, we still had fun looking at the various items sold in store!

There is a younger-sounding guy in lumber at the 280 location who is so rude. You call and ask him questions and the tone of his voice is like you should already know the answers. I was asking about the pricing of lumber for a project. I guess if I'm not a contractor who knows every detail about lumber and I have a question, I should feel ashamed to call Home Depot and ask. Just a little common courtesy. He sounded like a snobby waitress from Mountain Brook. I then called back and kept trying to get through, and the guy finally answered, but just picked up the phone and laid it there and wouldn't talk. I could hear another associate say "He already called 3 times." Then they just hung up. I finally got someone to answer, a different guy, who mumbled a little, then without warning put me on hold without saying hold on a minute. The line kept being juggled around. Dealing with people 101 - Be polite and treat every question as a valid question, like your teachers used to tell you.

For the most part, this is most well-stocked and convenient home supply place on Highway 280. Friendly service.

This has been my local store for many years now and I recently had to make a big order on an item that came on pallets of 5. I needed 6 of those items. When I had decided to go another route to be sure and get the exact number that I needed the pro staff directed me to just order the 2 pallets take the 6 that I needed and they would just do a return on the remaining 4 items. Once my order came in I had the 6 I needed picked up and came back later to complete the return on the 4 that never left the store. Upon my return I was told that those items could not be returned because one of the pallets had been broken up. Which we knew was going to happen and was exactly what I was instructed to do and now I am out $1,700 and they will not do anything to fix the issue.I have shopped there for over 13yrs and have multiple crews that are in there weekly for jobs we are building consistently. It sucks to have to go elsewhere, but it's hard to support a company that will not fix an issue that to them is SO miniscule. It's just really bad customer service.

Staff is always ready to help with questions or finding what you need. Employees go out of there way to help, and the cashiers are absolutely amazing.

It’s time for Jeff in hardware to find a job where he doesn’t have to deal with customers since he feels inconvenienced with helping people find items. I’ve never had to deal with this level of disrespect in the many years of weekly shopping in this store.Brittney at the customer service desk, Janet in paint, Renee in hardware, Shantel in tile, the cashier Toni and a few others have all been exceptional and are the very reason why I return to Home Depot instead of Lowe’s, which is closer to my house and sometimes less expensive than Home Depot.

I stopped in this location today after doing a lot of driving. ( October 4 2023) By the time I walked into the store I developed a pretty bad muscle cramp in my leg. I asked the young lady that was in the front of the store did they have any pickles that I could possibly buy. She said no, but she went above and beyond what she had to do to help me. She brought me some pickles from the break room. I wish that I had gotten her name to mention it here. If anyone in management reads this find out who she is and thank her for me. (Update) after leaving this location my car wouldn't start. Luckily another Home Depot employee that was driving a Ford Explorer gave me a jump. These two employees were a blessing.

Lol! The Associates was very helpful and professional. And I was in & out in no time!“HAPPY HARDWARE SHOPPING!

The Home Deopt on Hwy 280 was very quick and efficient today when I went I. To get stuff for work. They had very good pricing on the mulch I had to pick up. The staff was very attentive and polite. Great customer service and quick in and out trip. Store was clean and well put together. The Garden Center could use a little work but it is outside and y’all had a lot of plants still so! Good job overall!!

Rental department tool are poorly maintained. I rented a hydraulic auger that leaked hydraulic fluid profusely, they refused to take anything off my rental charge. Then I rented a hydraulic auger and 1 hour into use the arm fell off
