Verizon refuses to assist me with a problem with an accessory they sold me with a lifetime warranty. The ‘manger’ who was present in 1/7/2024 at around 4:45 PM CST was VERY RUDE, and not helpful. Verizon needs a new manger for this store. I won’t be back, in fact, I’m considering discontinuing my Verizon Services.

FELIX with Verizon helped me with Google/GMail on my iPhones to reset my passwords for email. He did not hesitate to help with a non specific "Verizon" issue. (I have been a Verizon customer for close to 20++ years - Very satisfied! More so after FELIX bailed me out of digital ignorance today!)Thank you VERIZON and FELIX!

Every experience with Joe will be great. He deserves all the praise, he taught me so much about Verizon and broke a lot of previous assumptions I had. He’s a gem! Happy to switch from T-Mobile today. Thanks Joe!
