“I couldn’t run to my car fast enough to leave this review for Ms. Eshundra!
I absolutely love when people are considerate of other people’s time. There were several customers waiting in the store, and before anyone had to continue sitting there wondering what was going on, she made an announcement letting everyone know that if they were there to pick up or exchange equipment, the shipment hadn’t arrived because the truck was running late. That level of consideration meant a lot because she didn’t leave us waiting without any communication.
Beyond that, her customer service was absolutely outstanding. She was energetic, positive, and had such a fun personality. We cracked a few jokes together and laughed the entire time. She truly made what could have been a frustrating experience enjoyable.
I’m new to the area, and the closest Spectrum store is over an hour away from me, so I really appreciate her going above and beyond to help me. She genuinely made a way out of no way for me, and I can’t put into words how grateful I am for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
