Walgreens Ross Bridge is typically friendly and tries to accommodate prescriptions, with a convenient app for use. Inside the store is always a fine experience. However, the pharmacy department needs revamping. Calling results in long waits where no one picks up, a problem lasting for months. The drive-through allows customers to wait for scripts to be filled, creating long lines for others just picking up. The store seems to have an issue with hiring people with customer service skills, with employees who lack social skills and engage in chit chat during long lines. There have also been instances of workers screaming private information at the window without acknowledgment.
Walgreens Ross Bridge always tries to accommodate me on my prescriptions and they are typically very friendly. I use the app most of the time which is pretty convenient.

Inside the store is always a fine experience. However, every time I call the pharmacy to fill a prescription the wait is at least 10 minutes and then it rings and no one picks up and I have to call back and repeat the process. It has been this way for MONTHS.

Great workers and service, minimal lines, a pharmacy, and everything else you could need from a Walgreens.
