“My last oil change was here and great service as always. Today I had carried my vehicle to WalMart for an oil change and was told after the oil was changed that the filter could not be removed, and was handed the new filter and told someone else would have to install it. Never in 30 years of having oil changes done have I been told by the installer that they could not remove my filter and that I’d have to go somewhere else to have it done. Never has anyone stopped halfway through servicing my vehicle and told me to take it somewhere else to finish the job.
So I brought my vehicle back here today and within 5 minutes they replaced the filter, topped off the oil and had me back on the road. Another great experience with these guys, I’ll be back.”
