“It was cool.. I went in because I had a screw in my tire....asked them to fix it..(plug maybe) .I went shopping til they told me what the deal was.. I get back there.. they tell me they couldn't fix it (I have a warranty on all my tires from them ) thst they had to replace the tire with a new one and told me 200 bucks...lol...first Noone told me they had to replace rhr tire before replacing it. How they new I had 200 for a tire!! I could have went to the amigos until....but the supervisor was very nice after understanding my dilemma ?... I had already had at least 300 dollars worth of groceries and stuff to purchase!! Discounts wee given and I was semi satisfied ??..”
“I take my vehicle there for every oil change...they are quick, professional and have identified several repairs outside of the oil change before it became a problem. (Things like noticing coolant
coming out of the weep hole in the water pump, brakes getting worn, ECT...)...
The pricing is very reasonable if you have the discount codes by signing up for their email notifications...

“Overall good experience but everything about the lifetime drivetrain warranty needs to be told by the salesman before you get to finance and the lady tells you that you have to buy a 3900$ 3 year/36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty to get the lifetime drivetrain warranty. “I was referred to GP&G by Jerry's Transmission in Hueytown as one of the best mechanic shops in the area. When I arrived the owner said it would be two weeks before they could look at it. It did take two weeks but then my car was fixed in a day and they did an oil change. They fixed the sensors, steering column, and crank shaft. The staff is friendly and honest and the prices were more than reasonable. My car is driving as if it were new. They even delivered my car to my home a few miles away when I couldn't make it there on time from work. I would highly recommend them as they were worth the wait.”

“The guys were cool, but I was charged more for my used tires than any other used shop I've ever been to. Typically, for the same grade of tires id be charged around $50 each. I paid almost $70 each for two of them at Kings. If it wasn't for the fact that I didn't want to try diving all the way to Guero's I would have left. I honestly think he just charged me what he wanted to, but I might be wrong. Either way, I won't be going back. I'll stick with my Spanish buddies at Guero's. $213 for three used tires.”
“Service was good. Twala helped me with an issue. I ordered tires online and they didn’t come in time. The order was canceled but I was still able to get new tires installed that were in stock. The mechanic got the job done in a reasonable time and there were a couple cars ahead of me. Can’t complain and hopefully the tires last a while.”
“I love Walmart Auto! I go for mostly oil changes and they are by far the most inexpensive for my car. I have a luxury car so my oil changes are normally $130 or more but I’ll take $80 ANYDAY going to Walmart Auto. They are also very professional and nice. I haven’t had any problems with them so far and I hope I never do.”

“We took our 2019 Sprinter in for service and Aaron was the most knowledgeable and one of the most respectful technicians that we have ever dealt with. He found issues with pulleys and belts and corrected those and at very reasonable prices for working on Mercedes! Highly recommended! He will be the only to work on ours from now on and we have literally been to places all over the lower 48. Hands down.”
