“This review is long overdue as my fiancé and I moved to Arcadia about two months ago. We absolutely LOVE living here and Marc was amazing throughout the whole process. We were given very short notice about having to make an out of state move and relocate to Alabama. This led to a lot of stress which was very much decreased by how quick, kind, and professional the whole team at Arcadia is. We worked with Marc throughout our move and he made the transition so easy, but we have also had multiple interactions with Liv since moving her and she is also great! Beautiful community, nice amenities, and very friendly people!”
“I came to the villas looking for a quiet safe place to live, which I found, but also it is fun to live here! There are so many activities to get involved in, I’ve met so many neighbors and truly feel part of a community. The staff, which feel more like family, are amazing!! The fact that the apartments and grounds are beautiful just make coming home that much more enjoyable.”

Been here for 2 years (almost 3) now. Brittany (the office manager) is FANTASTIC and maintenance issues are always taken care of promptly. The property itself is very well taken care of. Another perk is that the location is very close to everything.”

The apartment itself is clean, functional, and had all the necessary appliances to make living comfortable.It is a great value for the price. It's situated in a convenient area near shopping centers, restaurants, and other local attractions, making it easy to explore Huntsville.Overall, if you're looking for a comfortable and affordable place to live in Huntsville, Metro Huntsville is a great option. “I've lived there for about 9 years. They've always had good customer service and prompt maintenance. Very patient staff and leadership. I would have stayed if the studio apartments had trash pickup, a stacked washer and dryer, and a dishwasher. But the price is hard to beat. After moving to my new apartment and dealing with a longer commute to work, I sometimes question leaving Executive Lodge. You will be alright if you move here.”

She has a lot on her hands and may be out showing a property when you call, and may be with a different client when you call back so just be patient. Her kindness, customer service, soft heart, and professionalism consistently shines through the stresses of her day. In addition, my apartment was in great condition upon entering for the first time.
