Apple Bridge Street is a great store for shopping and support. The staff is always attentive, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. They do a great job, from setting up new devices like iPhones and Macs to transferring data and expertly applying screen protectors. It is a good place to come with serious issues, where technicians can fix problems like an exploded battery and replace items with no worries. Many report pleasant experiences without long waits, even when busy, and note it can be the only store in a large radius with specific items in stock. While most experiences are positive, there can be occasional inconsistencies with the greeting and appointment list process. Overall, this Apple Store is highly recommended for its service and support at the Genius Bar.
My phone was serviced for a broken camera stabilizer, After the camera was fixed a new issue started happening. The phone would cut off after maybe 3 minutes of use. It was serviced again and the problem was never fixed. It’s now day 3 and they are saying the phone is fixed. Let’s hope the problem gets resolved!

This Apple Store always does a great job! The staff is always attentive and really care. I’ve been here numerous times and never had a bad experience! We even went up for an Apple Care issue without an appointment and had someone help us on the spot when they were very busy at the Genius Bar.
