Well spoken man who provides a great service with a smile and words of affirmation! Another time I was assisted by a lady who was pregnant but I forgot her name. She was also amazing! Though on that day we couldn’t perform any transaction due to a minor inconvenience. “About a month ago I had went into this location and upgraded my phone to the new 14 pro max. Upon walking in I did feel bad because it was about 5 minutes until they closed and i did question myself on if they would even do the service for me. But with no doubt in her mind a nice young lady named Larell greeted me and asked what service i was needing. When she heard me utter an upgrade in that small time frame she didn’t bat an eye or turn me away at all! She provided me with an adequate upgrade, transferred all data, new screen protector and case, and wiped the old phone! She also showed great composure while dealing with an upset customer through this process and handled the situation very well. She had no problem with staying about an hour later than the usual store hours to help me walk away happy with the new 14 pro max! GIVE THIS GIRL A RAISE ?!”

I found Dr Cell Tech on Google and gave them a call. They fixed broken cell phones and do not get involved in application problems but the person I talk to (Jay) offered to look at her phone. He spent a considerable amount of time and effort working on the problem and successfully resolved It. He would not accept payment for his efforts even though I insisted. He was a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman and I would strongly recommend using their services.”

“Customer service is alive and well at Sharp Communication. They took care of my two dead batteries by ordering me new ones. I was able to get loaner batteries to use until they come in. They let me salvage a couple of clips for missing ones off old radios as well. The friendly service will keep me coming back. They also take care of our first responders communication needs. “I had a death in my family. #1 I went to Madison Blvd location with the death certificate, but no manager so polite but no help - just a waste of time. #2 I tried online chatting with an agent - waste of time. #3 I called the loyalty number and they canceled the line but said I owed $900+ unless I brought my deceased mother-in-law's phone to a store. #4 I went to the university store with the phone, which was polite but bamboozled and couldn't help. #5 My wife called this location at bridgstreet, and the manager said they would help us. Even though it took my wife a couple hours to arrive, this outstanding manager stayed just for us (i think they skipped lunch and/or stayed beyond their shift)!!! This manager resolved our outstanding issues. Thank you manager, I wish I knew your name to praise you in this review. If AT&T gives bonuses, you deserve a big one!”

“This Target has EXCEPTIONAL staff. Truly exceptional. They're always nice, they're helpful, I've had them help me find obscure things that I didn't even know if they carried, etc. I have absolutely zero problems with the people who work here.With that said...The produce is abysmal. Rotten produce is a mainstay here.The Starbucks is always overrun and spills into said rotten produce aisles.The parking lot is a bit tricky, as the spots are small and they're battling every soccer mom in a giant SUV trying to finagle their way into said Starbucks.Still, it's a reasonably well organized, gigantic store with kind staff. I can forgive the other stuff.”
