“Customer service is alive and well at Sharp Communication. They took care of my two dead batteries by ordering me new ones. I was able to get loaner batteries to use until they come in. They let me salvage a couple of clips for missing ones off old radios as well. The friendly service will keep me coming back. They also take care of our first responders communication needs. I like that. Check them out for all your communication needs.”
“Above and beyond. Most people asked 200-300 dollars, they asked 70. Most people wouldn't touch my phone or have my part, they ordered it BEFORE I even put any money down. They wouldn't let me pay until it worked, I TRIED to prepay. I expected I'd have to come back another day, they said it would be an hour. Everything I want from a cell phone repair store, and then some.”

I was having trouble with my phone and these ladies not only helped me get a phone upgrade but also went the extra mile in helping me port over my new phones to T-Mobile. They help make to process as smooth as possible. This was by far the best experience I've had in a long time with Metro. Kinda hate I switched to T-Mobile. If you need help, go see them at the North Parkway location. They do what they can to help you.”

“Went to upgrade my phone and the staff was amazing. I had to wait for the update and blah blah blah, but that time went fast because the staff were all interacting with the customers and had a great vibe in the building. An older gentleman came in and the way the young lady handled him warmed my heart, some reps may have tried to up sale him into spending 350$ to get another phone. Turns out all he needed was a new power cord and box. She also cleared all his pop ups he left only spending 16$. The whole crew rocked, I know going to get a new phone is U.N.P. R.E.D.I.C.T.A.B.L.E :-) but this staff made my visit to get a phone a great experience that I usually dread.”
