“Went to upgrade my phone and the staff was amazing. I had to wait for the update and blah blah blah, but that time went fast because the staff were all interacting with the customers and had a great vibe in the building. An older gentleman came in and the way the young lady handled him warmed my heart, some reps may have tried to up sale him into spending 350$ to get another phone. Turns out all he needed was a new power cord and box. She also cleared all his pop ups he left only spending 16$. The whole crew rocked, I know going to get a new phone is U.N.P. R.E.D.I.C.T.A.B.L.E :-) but this staff made my visit to get a phone a great experience that I usually dread.”
“I’m so happy with going from Verizon to At&T. I was paying Verizon $275 monthly and was 20 years with them and now I’m pay $130 with AT&T.! I am really glad Clayton the store manager helped me!! He is very kind!”

“I had a wonderful experience getting my iPhone 14 Pro Max back glass replaced. My phone was in terrible condition and had pieces of the glass falling off. The gentleman there greeted me, gave me a verbal quote, and told me to come back at 5. He even helped me while the wifi was down and hand wrote my information for the order. My phone is in much better shape and damn near factory new for $140 out the door. Thank you so much!”

“Customer service is alive and well at Sharp Communication. They took care of my two dead batteries by ordering me new ones. I was able to get loaner batteries to use until they come in. They let me salvage a couple of clips for missing ones off old radios as well. The friendly service will keep me coming back. They also take care of our first responders communication needs. I like that. Check them out for all your communication needs.”

I was having trouble with my phone and these ladies not only helped me get a phone upgrade but also went the extra mile in helping me port over my new phones to T-Mobile. They help make to process as smooth as possible. This was by far the best experience I've had in a long time with Metro. Kinda hate I switched to T-Mobile. If you need help, go see them at the North Parkway location. They do what they can to help you.”
“I love this Target and the one on the South side. There's a sales associate by the name of Monize that I love running into. Some people just go to work and some people actually love their job and the customers. Makes our experience worth while. Shopping at Target is like my therapy and great customer service is my thing. “In the last couple of years the cellphone doctor on Jordan ln is a great place to he know what he is doing it take some time for him to figure out the issues with the phone and take him a couple of day to fix the phone but he know what he doing I read few of these comments from the past sing like some of these customers don't have the patience and time to wait on him to figure out the issue so he can fix the issue on phones I took my phone up there last year and had a cracked screen and a motherboard crash it took him one or two days to fix my phone just recently 3 days ago you just fixed my girl's phone it only cost $30 for my phone somewhere around 100 to 120 Regional in fairprice because somebody's phone parts cost a lot of money sawdust time and labor so he gets a five star plus another 10 Stars for being a great an amazing phone doctor”
