Being over 60, I felt very supported as a beginner and had the pleasure of watching him restring the guitar while I met several of the regulars who stopped by to chat. “I drove 1.5 hours each way yesterday just to buy filament from Gigaparts. Picked up 16 rolls of filament and a new build plate, and as always, had a great experience in the store. They have the best selection around.
With all the filament spools mixed together, I ended up getting charged for one extra spool. After I got home and realized what happened, the store was already closed, so I sent an email through the Contact Us page on their website.
Today, while I was at work, I missed a call from Gigaparts. When I called back several hours later, I was amazed to find out that a Brittany had already notified a Scott, and the entire staff had been briefed on my situation. Before I could even explain why I was calling, they knew my name, knew exactly what I had purchased, and knew which spool I had been overcharged for. Refund headed back to my card in less than a minute.
I was blown away. That kind of communication and customer service doesn't happen anymore, or ever? Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters a ton. Gigaparts blew me away. Thank you to everyone”
