“This place has all the expected gadgets, including small weapons, pepper spray, spy equipment, and some novelty items. They also do finger prints for some companies and agencies around town. The staff was helpful and friendly, and everything seemed fairly clean and well organized.The parking lot is terrible, but it's manageable, and usually not crowded. Would go again.”

“First of all, I've never seen a more organized, courteous and friendly staff. They showed up exactly at the time we had arranged. They were thorough in the job that we needed done (just a couple tvs hung in our new home, hiding the wires and integrating the sound system from room to room) but beyond that, they called the next day to make sure we were happy with the work and even sent a technician out a few days later when we couldn't figure out programming feature on our tv. They said he was already working in the area and it was no big deal, but you can't ask for that kind of help after the job is done. And at no cost to us for the follow up. We will definitely use them again for future projects. Thanks Audio Insight. You guys are great!”

“Called two hours before I made it to the store and spoke with Luke he said to ask for him when we got there he greeted us at the door. He didn't try to push the most expensive item at us but helped us find the best product for our budget and then helped load it would highly recommend him and I do believe the kid deserves a raise for being a great sales associate”

“I needed to get new tires for my car. I shopped around for the best price was at Costco. I had to order them and when they came in I set up an early morning appointment to install them. Arrived just a bit early and the tire shop folks got me out within an hour. Tires run quiet and they hug the road very well.”

“Fantastic customer service,bend over backwards to please. If an item is not in stock,stocks, will call all the other stores to find the item. If you have to make a late payment they don't charge as long as you don't hide from them,just be upfront. “Great place to pickup low voltage supplies. they have a distribution center out of Birmingham and if they can’t get it same day they’ll have it to you the next day. The guys at work here have always been really nice to me and taken care of me when I have weird requests.”

“I love this Target and the one on the South side. There's a sales associate by the name of Monize that I love running into. Some people just go to work and some people actually love their job and the customers. Makes our experience worth while. Shopping at Target is like my therapy and great customer service is my thing. Worth writing a review for! Didn't give 5 stars because some of the other associates are never that pleasant but overall a good store.”

“This Target has EXCEPTIONAL staff. Truly exceptional. They're always nice, they're helpful, I've had them help me find obscure things that I didn't even know if they carried, etc. I have absolutely zero problems with the people who work here.With that said...The produce is abysmal. Rotten produce is a mainstay here.The Starbucks is always overrun and spills into said rotten produce aisles.The parking lot is a bit tricky, as the spots are small and they're battling every soccer mom in a giant SUV trying to finagle their way into said Starbucks.Still, it's a reasonably well organized, gigantic store with kind staff. I can forgive the other stuff.”

“Friendly and helpful are the operative words here. I went in pretty much to look at center channel speakers, but instead ended up canceling my order on Amazon for my new Onyko receiver and happily walked out the door with it, well, I was recovering from surgery, so they took it to the car for me. The cost difference was only the difference in Huntsville tax vs rural Marshall County, a difference I happily paid to support a local location. I have been in this location few times and I always feel appreciated. This will now be my go to spot for audio equipment!”

Two Verizon reps, Mike and Taylor, were very friendly and helpful. They not only resolved my issue, they recommended a change in my plan that provides me additional services at a lower cost than I was paying. “A very asthetically pleasing store, every thing is so neat and crisp! The customer service experience is phenomenal. I'm a Samsung person, but my family is all Apple. The experience I have in this store makes me almost want to switch to Apple... almost. However, I do have an iPad, just not an iPhone. Still Samsung when it comes to that. A very nice store!”
