“Usually a great place to rent a car. But like every other good company in the world, they have their moments when things don’t work out so well and you have a bad experience.”
“Not enough people working for the amount of customers that were waiting to check in and out. We like the car we rented, it wasn't cleaned though.
When we lowered the seats to put our suitcases in the back, found an old premade salad bowl from a deli with dressing still in the bottom of it. I wonder why the car had a funky lemon smell, I thought it was the cleaner they used; but it was the lemon zing dressing fermented in the bottom of the bowl.
We febrezed the hell out of it and let the windows down for a few hours before we left to get the smell out.”

“Hassle free, checkout was quick and seamless. Car was very clean. Front desk was very helpful and unlike previous reviews I received a receipt first thing the following morning after the returning the vehicle at nearly midnight. Whatever changes were implemented since the bad reviews have been very effective.”
“We had reserved a minivan and they were out of those. Can’t praise Laquaza enough for making sure we got a big vehicle for all of our boys, including our little one with Down Syndrome/Autism who has to have a lot of room.”

“Like the reviewer below me, I also don’t understand why they have all of the bad reviews.
I had to get a rental that was set up through my car’s extended warranty company while being repaired. They set everything up with Hertz.
Hertz contacted me to confirm they had my reservation. The First Lady at the office I spoke to was friendly. I was in/out in maybe 10 minutes…. If that.
DO KEEP IN MIND THEY REQUIRE 2 FORMS OF ID (drivers license, passport, employee badge, etc)
The car they gave me was clean and new. No complaints there.
When I returned the car, the 2nd lady I spoke to was also friendly. In/out in 5 minutes.”
“Valinasia Provided OUTSTANDING service. She provided information on finding charging locations for the electric vehicle I rented and while I don’t believe the city is properly equipped for electric vehicle charging I would highly recommend renting from Avis solely on the customer service provided.”
