“Wonderful! Except they left the exit gate open one night...and I have been attempted to be kidnapped. All gates should be closed AT ALL TIMES! I made a call for my own safety and the representative was sooooo very helpful and concerned. But could not remotely shut the gate. I watched my attempted kidnappers, watch me...until a uhaul van that had to exit, forced them to leave. But other than that... and by the way it was the 20 something year old kid that worked that night that rode his bicycle...that left the exit gate WIDE OPEN.”

“New U-Haul location offering many services. They have a large inventory of moving trucks and trailers to choose from as well as offering moving supplies and climate controlled self storage. The facilities are very nice. It's conveniently located off Research Park Blvd and Old Monrovia. You can enter through either side. You can reserve your U-Haul online or using the mobile app. I expected this to expedite the rental process however it did not. They only had one associate working inside and there was a line. They still took all the same info I put in online which was a complete was of time. The entire pick up and even drop off process was not very efficient with no clear direction. Probably one of the better locations in Huntsville.”
“Cassandra was awesome and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have rented from this place over the last 10 years, at least 3 times and never had an issue. When I did have a personal issue (balance was due from a family member’s account) I got it sorted out immediately and went on to renting my truck with ease. I’m not sure about other locations, but this one I have found the easiest to go through”

“My wife and I got a Penske truck. Jessica helped us and she was very very busy at the time she was helping us, but she kicked butt. She was answering phone calls, moving the rental line (which includes Hertz) through very quickly, and being professional and quick. Even though we had to wait a little bit, I was impressed and pleased with her service. The 4 stars is because the management needs to do better at staffing the place so the employees aren’t working their tails off all the time.”
“The Wavaho gas station is the business that is connected to Uhaul. The gas station owner had me and my family park the truck in the small lot to the right of the station. Hope that helps!”

“I read a lot of these negative reviews, and I don't know what y'all talking about. Both folks in the shop on an early Friday morning were nothing if not professional, considerate, and kind. They're still the best price for installing hitches and wiring harnesses of any mechanic shop in town ($400!!) and took the time to show me all the ins and outs, including a couple of tips I didn't know. This is the 3rd hitch I've put on vehicles at this particular location over 10 years.”
