“First of all, I've never seen a more organized, courteous and friendly staff. They showed up exactly at the time we had arranged. They were thorough in the job that we needed done (just a couple tvs hung in our new home, hiding the wires and integrating the sound system from room to room) but beyond that, they called the next day to make sure we were happy with the work and even sent a technician out a few days later when we couldn't figure out programming feature on our tv. They said he was already working in the area and it was no big deal, but you can't ask for that kind of help after the job is done. And at no cost to us for the follow up. I want to give Ms. Chana a compliment on always going over and beyond , exceeding expectations. I came in one morning to get my favorite snack combo in the deli section and they were out. She took time to ask what exactly was it that I usually get and asked for substitutions since some options were out. She made my morning complete because I left with my favorite snack. I’m a breakfast person and my morning wouldn’t have been complete without Chana. Thank you for always showing up and going over and beyond!!”
“Jones Valley Target got Black Friday right! We stood outside for the Swift drop and they were very organized! Took phone numbers and number of vinyls that you wanted, let you shop for other things (that had plenty in stock) while they put the vinyl orders together, then texted you when they were ready. “Went to buy a computer. We had researched and knew which one we wanted and the site showed it was in stock. An agent greeted us as we got to the computer section. We showed him which one we wanted via a picture. He spent 10 in plus minutes looking with other employees. He then spent ample time helping us select an alternative and found one which was actually better and on sale. Great job Chris.”

“The Apple Store at Bridge Street in Huntsville was worth the drive. With the store being so busy everyone and every issue was handled to perfection.
