“I just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation to Johnstone for their phenomenal customer service. We had originally ordered a warranty part through another company, where our customer's HVAC system was purchased, and were quoted a one-week turnaround. That stretched to two weeks… then three… and eventually over a month—with no clear communication and only vague updates like, “We’re working on it,” or, “That’s just how it goes sometimes.” When the order finally arrived, not all the requested parts had been included. Our customer was left without air conditioning for an extended period while waiting on the parts to arrive. Not only was this upsetting for them, but it also kept us from delivering the level of service and care we strive for. We ordered the part through Johnstone and Tommy contacted Goodman immediately, got the part ordered right away, and kept us informed every step of the way. Haustin was also wonderful, especially when I called in for updates. Their team stayed on top of the order, the part arrived quickly, and thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we were able to restore our customer’s cooling system. We’ll be paying a warranty filing fee since the system wasn’t originally purchased through them—but honestly, it’s worth it for the reliability, peace of mind, and outstanding service they provided. Ultimately, they saved the day, and we were able to get our customer’s AC repaired. If it weren’t for them, our customer would probably be without air for 2–3 months. Highly recommend them. I can’t thank them enough.”
“This store has it all...The lady was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was too. Only "problem" their credit card machine wasn't working and we had to go next door and withdraw cash. But had to have some kind of hassle or it wouldn't seem right. lol”

“Today wasn’t a great day because I had to spend just about $70 for a new cage for my CaneCorso / American bully mix….
However, One foot in the door, I was greeted by a very tall young man, and it wasn’t the textbook greeting. It was sincere which made me smile. Then a young lady asked how could she help me? I had an online order —-she pulled the order because I had just did it in the parking lot before entering the store, she pulled my order ticket got my order, met me back at the register all while smiling and carrying on great conversation. She had the most endearing Southern hospitality. All I needed was a glass of sweet tea. These two individuals made me smile and turned my day around so thank you thank you to them, thank you to their trainers, Thank you to their parents and thank you tractor supply for hiring such standup individuals.

“I've grown to change my mind about home depot over the years. I used to hate going into the store and avoiding it if I didn't need anything. But the last 10 years it's become my favorite go to store now I've switched from the competition in blue down the road and now avoid them and shop home depot regularly because they have new managers and came so far from long ago. Employees are willing to help and assist when I need it. The store in blue lost me when customer service went downhill.”
“There were a LOT of refrigerators. We were looking for a dishwasher and they only had about 3 that wad the only low point of trip. Service was pretty good an employee immediately came over to help us. Would recommend if you are looking for a cheap refrigerator. Wouldn't if you are looking for a dishwasher.”

“Prices were comparable or better than other plumbing supply stores around town. They were out of a couple items I needed but, I've been experiencing that everywhere I go lately. Seems like decent folks. They had an answer for all my questions.I did notice their hours are different than what google shows though. Guy at the counter said (6:30-4:30 M-F) & (7:30-11 Sat). I think they're the only plumbing supply in town that's open on Saturday.”
“Just moved to Huntsville, AL and went to Home Depot to get items for our remodeling project. Everyone here was very friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to answer questions, offer suggestions, etc. Also, this store was very clean and bright with everything well laid-out and organized. Highly recommend this location. Piedad in the flooring department was especially helpful and gave us lots of detailed information regarding the flooring choices that are available.”
“Have shopped Tractor Supply stores in other areas and have found TS stores to be consistent in their very good customer service. Shopped at this TS the other day in Huntsville on N. Memorial Parkway, and found them to be very helpful. The mgr even gave me the sale price on an item that had recently gone off sale. Very cool.”

“I've visited the north Parkway HD many, many times, but this was my first time to the South Parkway location. I was looking for an obscure, seasonal item, a clerk whose name I didn't catch helped me figure out it was at the opposite end of the store, and I thanked her and said I'd go find it on my way out - still needed something else on this end of the store. So I'm off shopping for what I needed in building supplies and here comes that clerk - who walked all the way to the other end of the store, found the item I'd originally asked her for, and walked all the way back to bring it to me!! WOWSA! That is going above and beyond - I was terribly impressed! I guess the South Parkway location is my new go-to store!”

“I've been dealing with lancing for over 10 years. They are a great company to deal with and usually have everything we need; if they don't, they can usually have it within a few days. Supply and demand have been an issue, and it isn't their fault if they can't get it. Nick has been very easy to deal with and a huge help in any way needed; he seems to really enjoy his job, and you don't see that a lot in this business. He goes above and beyond inside and out to make things run smoothly. Amanda is who I deal with 99% of the time on all my residential and commercial needs. She is very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and if there is ever a problem, she is on it trying to get it resolved, no questions asked. I have dealt with Jacob for years in delivery and warehouse, and he's been awesome to work with. The same guy every day, he's always happy to help and make things right. To say the least, the whole staff has been easy and pleasant to work with from the front to the back.”

“I went in with the gift card I got as a gift. Asked for help from a couple employees and they steered me right. Got to the cashier and saw I lost the card. She was very sympathetic. I paid for my items and went back to look for the card. Ran into a different employee that offered assistance and I explained looking fir the card. I leftI got to my truck and heard a guy yelling at me. The lady employee (Adrian) had found it and ran out to get it back to me!!! Great staff.”
“Went the other day 4/8/2024 close to closing time , needed a gas shut off. Man at the front desk understood right where i needed to go , so nice , while over at said location the manager approached me and asked if I needed any help and had a wealth of knowledge relating to said part and equipment going onto because parts had been so similar I thought I knew what I needed and he assured also he was 99% sure. Great staff , great attitudes ,would definitely recommend to all”
