“I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had at Home Depot, and it was all thanks to Store Manager Tori and Customer Service Associate Tevan. Their dedication to helping customers went far beyond what anyone would normally expect.
We stopped in looking for a good deal on Ryobi portable fans and batteries. We had seen promotions online and weren't sure if the same deals would be honored in the store. Instead of simply saying there was nothing they could do, Tori took the time to research every available promotion, compare the online pricing, and make sure we received the best value possible. She genuinely cared about making sure the online offers lived up to the in-store experience and worked hard to ensure we didn't miss out on any savings.
Tevan was equally impressive throughout the entire process. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the Ryobi products. He answered all of our questions, helped us locate everything we needed, and made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Together, they created a level of customer service that is becoming harder and harder to find.”

“I went in with the gift card I got as a gift. Asked for help from a couple employees and they steered me right. Got to the cashier and saw I lost the card. She was very sympathetic. I paid for my items and went back to look for the card. Ran into a different employee that offered assistance and I explained looking fir the card. I leftI got to my truck and heard a guy yelling at me. The lady employee (Adrian) had found it and ran out to get it back to me!!! Great staff.”

“This place is awesome, they have a lot of classic high quality made in the USA tools that you don’t see around anymore as well as lots of specialty hand tools you can’t find at lowe’s or Home Depot. They have every nut, bolt, screw, or nail you’ll ever need. Glad this store is still in business there aren’t many like it left.”
