“We arrived late and there was an issue with booking. They hadn’t confirmed our room with the hotel. We were more than taken care of by the manager Tom. He was able to get us into a room gave kids some cookies and even gave my husband and dad a beer. Was a very pleasant stay in what could have been terrible. The room was clean big enough for all of my family to sleep comfortably and the breakfast the next day was outstanding! Definitely one of the best stays we’ve had in a long time. Thank you to the amazing staff!”

“The service was great, and the location was even better. Overall, I had a very good stay.
However, the shower area has a significant leak that leaves a large amount of water on the bathroom floor after each shower. There also appears to be a small leak around the toilet. The sliding door on the toilet side was off track and did not slide properly, and the shower sliding door was a little squeaky. In addition, the small bedside light did not work.
Other than these maintenance issues, I was very satisfied with my stay.”
“Great amenities with well-stocked kitchenettes (at least 3/4 size fridge, 2 electric burner stove top, utensils, to go containers), breakfast included, laundry facilities onsite, small gym with 1 of treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike, free weights, and one pulley machine. Pool on-site. Not too far from commissary although you'll still need to drive, including to restaurants.”

“The staff here is phenomenal. Every position is filled with people who truly enjoy what they do, and it shows. As soon as you walk in Christian greets you at the front counter And makes you feel at home.
I stayed here for two weeks and had the same room attendant most of the time. She cleaned my room every day and paid close attention to every detail. After a long, hard day at work, walking into a fresh, spotless room was one of the best parts of my day. There’s no better feeling.
Her professionalism, consistency, and care made this hotel feel like a true five-star experience. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service and highly recommend staying here.

“Had an amazing stay at the Holiday Inn Express near the U.S. Space & Rocket Center! The hotel was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. The breakfast had plenty of great options, and the location was perfect — just minutes from all the attractions. Everything felt modern, clean, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Huntsville!”
“Everything was fine. There were a few things the room didn't have such as a microwave, an iron, and ironing board, but everything else was AWESOME! There was GREAT customer service, clean rooms, and a great location as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend.”

“Our experience at this hotel was great. The facilities were clean and the staff was stellar! If I had to really point out one thing that made this hotel shine it would be the staff that we met and interacted with during our stay. Beginning with the concierge, Robert, who went out of his way more than once to ensure whatever needs we had were met, as well as Holly on another shift who was very friendly and greeted us as we came in, making sure to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. In addition to the first impressions, this continued on throughout our 3 night stay with the service staff as well. In the mornings we were warmly served with a smile by Ms. Sue and Genoveva as they worked to ensure we all had the towels and anything else we needed while we were there.
As we went to breakfast I was pleasantly surprised by the continued friendly service of Ms. Becky and her going the extra mile to make sure all of our family had the food and service we needed. All this to point out that all the staff we met and interacted with really stood out and made this hotel shine! They are a true asset to the brand and confirms to me that it’s the people present and caring that make the experience all that it is! Even down to the day we checked out with Jiya who was very friendly and helpful with getting final things sorted and helping our family get checked out of their rooms.
Overall, my experience was very good. As for constructive criticism which is more a matter of preference, I would say the beds are a little too firm for my back. Other than that I would say the experience was very positive and again, it’s the people behind the place that really make this hotel stand out.

The breakfast was decent too; however, When I got ready to check out, the attendant at the front desk was not happy she had to get up from eating just to give me a receipt. She verbally said she was trying to eat her breakfast. With so many people wishing they had a job, that shouldn't have been a problem.”
“I had a really nice stay at Hotel O Haven Inn Huntsville. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome right from check-in. The property felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which was a big plus. The location is also super convenient—places like the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Huntsville Botanical Garden, and Bridge Street Town Centre are all nearby. Overall, it was an easy, pleasant stay and I’d definitely consider coming back.”

There isn't valet parking but easy accessibility to it's semi circle easy to maneuver roomy parking lot that's close to major thoroughfare. I highly recommend this to newlyweds for a memory to never be forgotten.Rooms: Competitive with to the Marriot or Garden Hilton, Embassy Suites various non alcoholic drinks just outside the front desk lobby and always a courtesy call to let guest know that they are welcome and check out time within a half hour so guest won't have to do last minute hurrying . “Really enjoyed my stay here. I got a suite for two adults and three children and it was perfect. Great breakfast and great dinners. Really nice pool and hot tub, clean gym, and a decent late night snack place. The location has a cool view of the space and rocket center. Kids loved it. They were doing some minor renovations on the hotel when I stayed but, when I mentioned that I had a baby they went out of there way to get us a room away from any maintenance noise. The staff were very nice and Dylan in particular was super helpful. When I come back to Huntsville I plan on staying here again.”
