“We stayed here for the weekend. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the location was very convenient for us. The rooms have plenty of room. They also have a kickback hour with free hors d'oeuvre and 3 free drinks from the bar ?. It’s also right across the street from the space museum. I would definitely stay here ”

“Great one night stay. The shower curtain wouldn't stay in the tub so the floor was flooded after a shower. The pillows were oddly small as well. Breakfast was good. The chef making omelettes was awesome she was rocking her station.”

“Stayed here three nights for a work event. The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was good although very crowded at peak times and they struggled to keep up with the food and coffee demand. The general area is great with an easy walk to good resturants and shopping. While this is a big plus, it is also the one downside as the area is pretty noisy at night with cars reving engines, people around making noise etc.”

“An average room at a slightly higher than average price, but the location absolutely cannot be beaten. I have never before and probably never will again anywhere else taken the elevator downstairs, checked out, and had a short walk to the security line. It's all inside the terminal. I was past security and at my gate ready to board about 15 minutes after waking up.”

“Okay, I write reviews on hotels mainly as a self reminder to come back and this is the only one I’ll stay at when I visit the area. And this one? This is it. The staff was kind and accommodating and honestly I have zero complaints about my stay.”

“Great Stay at a Great price!!! The staff and management are very nice! I appreciate how they handled a personal complication that occurred on my end. They were very considerate and understanding when they could've been the exact opposite. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, quiet and clean place to stay at a good price.Walkability: There are a variety of places in walking distance for anything you could need.”

“Visited Huntsville for the first time to attend a show at the VBC Arena nearby. Staying at this hotel provided convenience to getting to the arena in a short walking distance and avoiding the traffic. Our room had a beautiful view of the downtown area with the park and walking paths. There is a mini fridge in the room and a microwave conveniently located downstairs in the lobby. It was helpful to warm a cup of soup. There are also snacks, beverages and toiletries available for purchase in the lobby. We visited in mid January 2024 when many of the businesses were closed due to the winter storm that brought snow and ice to the streets and highways. This hotel had one of the few restaurants which were open that week. The outdoor fire pits are cozy, however I highly suggest having an emergency plan in place for inclement weather. The sidewalk around the hotel was frozen with almost 2inch layer of ice making it extremely difficult to walk on.I would like to commend Misty- the hotel restaurant manager for hunkering down during that week ensuring that the guests were taken care of while many of the wait/kitchen staff were unable to come in. We observed her wearing multiple hats during that week and she exemplified professionalism, leadership and grace without a single complaint. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for over three decades and great team members like her are valuable and irreplaceable. I would also like to commend many of the other employee including housekeeping, valet, and front desk staff for they were courteous and very helpful. Also, be careful with the parking situation as we were ticketed by the city (in the midst of a snow/ice storm) at the hotel parking lot even though we had a handicap parking decal displayed.Otherwise we look forward to returning and staying here again to enjoy what downtown Huntsville has to offer and everything is open ?.Rooms: Complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Room temperature cozy especially during cold winter nights. Mini fridge with complimentary water bottles. Microwave is located in the lobby.Nearby activities: Museum, arena for concerts and showsWalkability: Parks , shops, entertainment and grocery storeFood & drinks: buffet breakfast for $9Noteworthy details: Hotel gym”

“This was a rougher day than most so I’m not gonna give them a two star review like they deserve, but that’s only because we’ve stayed before and I know it can be better. We probably won’t be back for a while since we can stay downtown at the Jefferson, so hopefully by the time we choose to come back, the hotel doesn’t smell so bad. There will actually be room service, and the bad smells aren’t covered up with perfumes. They give you an instant headache.Nearby activities: Everything on Bridge Street can we walk to so it’s easy to do anything thereWalkability: Fantastic easy to get to anywhere on Bridge Street from the side exitFood & drinks: Bartender was great. We were just sad to find out. There was no room service at the end of the night.”

“I travelled here on a work trip and stayed for a little over two weeks. The hotel was fine. I wouldn’t say there is anything special about this place physically. I’ve stayed in dozens of other hotels all about as good. But if you want to stay somewhere that has one of the nicest and most beautiful people you will ever meet. This is the place. And that person is diamond. She makes this place feel like home. She is so caring and always has a smile for anyone who walks through that door. She is why I am here writing this review. And she is why I’d stay here again if I ever had the pleasure of being in Huntsville again”

“Location for the hotel was optimal, near the highway and right next to many different restaurant options. Room had a full kitchen and full sized fridge. Everything was nice and clean when I arrived and checking in was a breeze.Breakfast was pretty good with different options every morning, which is nice. The staff was super friendly always saying good morning and asking how we were.Internet speeds were very good with no loss of connection. At night you couldn't really hear neighbors. The only downside to this hotel was the very very very minimal workout equipment. The workout room was very very small. Two treadmills, a workout bike, and about 5 medicine balls. There was even a sign on the wall that said ask staff if you want to visit an actual gym.”

“I had to leave really early so I was very pleased that they had everything ready ahead of time. Biscuits, sausage patties and smoked sausage, scrambled eggs, juice, Cereal etc. A very nice place. Very clean.”

“When I arrived on a Sunday night, I was told immediately there was no wifi, it had been out for 3 days, no idea when it would be back. There was no bar, no restaurant. The nice lady at reception told me there was a Hilton Garden Inn next door with a bar. Walked down the street to that hotel, where there was a bar and a full restaurant serving meals. Should've stayed there. Couple of other disappointing things... there was a sign saying there was no water for 2 hours (?) in the hotel. There were hairs in the shower. I mistakenly chose the regular rate when booking my room, but was supposed to choose the govt rate. I went to the front desk and asked if there was any way to change this for the second night I was there. The man at the front said nope. Nothing I could do. No help whatsoever attempted. Point made, Holiday Inn. Next time I'm def staying in the Hilton.”

“Scott at the front desk was AWESOME. There was a convention in town that took all the hotel rooms in Huntsville. Scott was able to find a way to accommodate me, as I had been traveling for quite a while and needed some rest. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me, and that means a lot!!The room was comfortable, and I was able to rejuvenate for my next leg of the trip. Scott, you deserve kudos... and you are definitely in the right line of work.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Best Western location in Huntsville Alabama!”

“Great location and access to all Huntsville and Redstone Arsenal has to offer. Travel was for business, and the hospitality was outstanding.Rooms: Rooms very nice but could use a little updating. My room should signs of wear and tear but I made the best of my 2 week stay. I will book there again for future travel.Nearby activities: Redstone Arsenal and Nasa are key focal points for the area. Also Alabama A&M was an excellent place to experience true HBCU culture!”
