“We rented out the Canteen for my daughter’s second birthday. We had the party catered through The Brewers Co-Op. Everything turned out wonderful! The space was beautiful and when we arrived everything was clean and in order. Food was delicious!Leading up to the event, we worked with Katie to get all the administrative details worked out. She was great and answered all my questions and helped us get everything set up for a great event!”

“Danny is an incredible luthier with many years of experience and it shows. His eye for detail and choice of beautiful tonewoods and inlay/binding materials make for some stunning instruments. Not only do they look beautiful, but Danny's many years (decades!) as an engineer at NASA help him fine tune every instrument to it's full potential. His guitars produce a warm, rich, well balanced tone that can compliment any style of music from blues, jazz, country, folk and many more. Truly a hidden gem in Huntsville!”

“It's a really cool place. Old school turned into many bars and hangout places. It's actually amazing that a city as small as Huntsville has such an awesome place to spend time”

“This is my favorite history tour in Huntsville. It combines history and art. The antebellum house is a gem of interesting preserved features that make you feel like you're stepping back in time. It was also fascinating to see the art and hear about the life of a forgotten Alabama female artist. I would say more, but I don't want to spoil the fun of finding out about her subjects and how she worked.Historian Gina led our tour with such enthusiasm, humor, and knowledge that we were sad it couldn't have lasted longer.I highly recommend this tour.”

“The staff is AMAZING, super friendly, and very helpful. We aren't members, but they still treated us as such. Told us about brunch, which we decided to do, and so glad we did. Some of the best food we've had since moving to Huntsville, and a really good bloody Mary as well.”

“Who knew Huntsville has ziplines????? Well, now you do! The Vision offers TEN zip lines, the longest reaching 1,100 feet! On one of our "joy ride" outings with Mom, we drove around The Vision in SE Huntsville, just off of Hobbs Island Road. It is a Christian camp and retreat center and offers overnight accommodations. Meeting spaces and activities including a zipline tour, high and low ropes course, archery, tomahawk throwing, swimming, hiking, canoeing, fishing, and more. The Lodge includes a banquet hall with meeting space for 100, kitchen access, game room with ping-pong, pool table, air hockey, TV with Wii, and also has a movie theater. The lake was sizeable and is stocked with, at least, catfish. The swimming pool looked clean and inviting! The Vision was closed the day we drove around, and we didn't get to see inside any of the facilities. It's anything but rustic based on the photos on their website. I love their motto "get away - get near." If I weren't deathly afraid of heights I would certainly "zip" here!”

“This was a beautiful stop. The guy in the mansion was so knowledgeable. I wished that we would have had more time to chat with him. We toured the house, which isn't all that big. There were a bunch of log cabins all brought from different areas to the property. The oldest was from 1810! Everyone was so nice! My wife asked for dinner recommendations and Poppy and Parliament was suggested. Excellent suggestion. We shared with them that you all recommended the place to us. Definitely worth the stop and wished that we would have had more time but it was the end of the day.”

“It’s October so why not make it cute with death and gore for the season. While great smells of greasy fresh food fills your senses, admire zombie babies and killer clowns. Sadly I missed the live bands but I hope to see them in all their glory. This was a fabulous way to spend a Sunday adventuring.”

“Here to vote 11/3/2020. Long line but moved at a good pace. They opened the field below the center for extra parking making it a lot easier to get in & out. Excellent job.”

“I love the quality of the theater experience, nice seats, and good food options that can be ordered and delivered to your seats! I took a star off because the other patrons can be kinda ghetto and inconsiderate, which isn't the theaters' fault, but it is a reality. Someone is always on their phones throughout the movie, walking around being loud or people have babies and small kids in adult movies, which all alters the movie experience for me.”

“When I arrived on a Sunday night, I was told immediately there was no wifi, it had been out for 3 days, no idea when it would be back. There was no bar, no restaurant. The nice lady at reception told me there was a Hilton Garden Inn next door with a bar. Walked down the street to that hotel, where there was a bar and a full restaurant serving meals. Should've stayed there. Couple of other disappointing things... there was a sign saying there was no water for 2 hours (?) in the hotel. There were hairs in the shower. I mistakenly chose the regular rate when booking my room, but was supposed to choose the govt rate. I went to the front desk and asked if there was any way to change this for the second night I was there. The man at the front said nope. Nothing I could do. No help whatsoever attempted. Point made, Holiday Inn. Next time I'm def staying in the Hilton.”

“We visited Altitude today. We met the most helpful, genuine employee named Bridget. She was very knowledgeable about the membership plan, we were checked in and had our snacks within minutes. Everyone needs to check out the membership plan, it’s an excellent deal!!! Big shoutout to Bridget!!! You are exceptional at your job.”

“This was a rougher day than most so I’m not gonna give them a two star review like they deserve, but that’s only because we’ve stayed before and I know it can be better. We probably won’t be back for a while since we can stay downtown at the Jefferson, so hopefully by the time we choose to come back, the hotel doesn’t smell so bad. There will actually be room service, and the bad smells aren’t covered up with perfumes. They give you an instant headache.Nearby activities: Everything on Bridge Street can we walk to so it’s easy to do anything thereWalkability: Fantastic easy to get to anywhere on Bridge Street from the side exitFood & drinks: Bartender was great. We were just sad to find out. There was no room service at the end of the night.”

“It's slow to start getting the meat, but once they start coming around, get ready for the meat sweats lol. Sides are fresh and always good. Servers are hit or miss, but as a buffet style It's not that big of a deal. Great place for a special occasion or if you're in the mood for a meat extravaganza!”

“I’ve stayed at this location several times while traveling for work. The service is excellent. It’s clean and quiet. The Asst. General Manager Deondre, delivers top notch customer service and hospitality. Upon check in I was given a bottle of water personalized a branded printed label with my Last name and “Titanium”, indicating my Marriott Rewards membership status. A small gesture with a big impact. Well done, Deondre and team!”
