“The selection at this location is amazing since the remodel. Most of all I enjoy shopping here because the staff is so friendly. Great job, continue the good work,I will continue to shop here because how friendly the staff is.”
“Well they are the booze place for us . I don't like the liquor board idea but the people that work at these stores and pretty nice. I was looking for Yukon Jack as a memory from old AZ days. The guy looked up which store had it and told me how to get there. Also they can order stuff and have a web site with specials event and are pretty cool for a gov run place. Thanks for the smile when we come in looking for something crazy. Cheers”

“Absolutely impressed with these ladies! Misty was able to get some hard to find gin in for me, and so quickly! A pleasure to work with. Vices is now my go to liquor store!!”
“My Mom and I decided to grab a bite to eat at the deli of the Meridianville store. We ordered two hamburgers, fries, and large drinks. After a couple of minutes of sitting down, the Associate came and told us that there would be a delay on our food. Apparently, another Associate had just left and had not prepped Burger patties or lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. She apologized and thanked us for our patience.
A few minutes later, the Deli Manager came and asked for our receipt. She said she was refunding our money, since we were having to wait so long for our food. We told her that wasn't necessary, but she insisted, apologized, and thanked us for our patience. When she returned, she brought our original payment AND a $10.00 gift card!!! Again, we told her that wasn't necessary, but she, again, apologized and thanked us for our patience.
A few minutes later, they brought out the food. The 1/3lb. burgers were fresh, hot, and juicy!!! The produce was fresh, and the bun was soft and fresh. The fries were hot, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Honestly, it was the BEST burger and fries that I've had in a while!!! I can honestly say that I'll have more burgers from the Food City Deli, which is ironic, because we had intended on getting a burger from one of the fast food joints.
I just wanted to brag on the Deli crew for our experience. Thank you for your excellent customer service, going above and beyond in a situation that wasn't that big a deal to begin with!!!”
“I go here every month to buy my tobacco and tubes to roll my cigarettes. They have a nice selection plus they carry my brand. I haven't really checked out the liquor, beer, or wine selection since I don't drink but it looks as if they have quite a few options. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The only thing that bothers me is the bags they put all of my items in when I check out are not big enough for what I get and it's very hard for me to carry all of my items in. I'm disabled and have to climb stairs when I arrive home and the bags make it very hard for me to climb the stairs. They are to small and therefore they don't close properly for me to use both of the handles, so I'm trying to hold onto them and use the railing at the same time and because of them I can't use my cane. I wish they would invest a small amount of money for a couple of sizes larger than what they have. Other than that, it's a good place for me to buy my cigarette rolling supplies.”

“The people that work at this ABC store are the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met. I will definitely be returning to this location for my beverage needs. I wish I could give more stars for their awesome service.”
“Really appreciate a local liquor store that shows specific product inventory AND delivers!
Great experience getting a high end bottle of Sake delivered across town in an hour during traffic!”
“Customer service is everything! The lady, Davica was so kind. It was late, and I really didn't expect much, but she was nice and helped us pick out a great bottle and even sold us a gift bag. That saved us an extra trip. I will definitely be back to this location!”
“Employee, Jenna, was extremely courteous in helping me find what I needed and I was treated with more respect that I have been in a long time. I will definitely return to this store because of Jenna.”
“Whether you are a full-fledged alcoholic, a person that is in denial, or Just looking to provide a selection for a soiree that you suddenly seem to be setting up, this is the best place to get your drank on ?”
“My fiance stops here all the time. From your alcohol needs to fishing gear they have you covered. Off course, they also have gas and food. We have never had a bad experience.”

“This was a great little liquor store. It's right next to Good Company Cafe and wasn't even on Yelp yet! They were open Christmas Eve. Thank goodness because we needed to grab some essentials. I found amaretto, spiced rum for eggnog and a pumpkin liqueur!”
“Love getting my beverage needs from this location. All of the employees are top notch and Yani is a complete blessing! She always makes my husband and I feel like we're family when shopping there. She goes above and beyond her job!”
“helpful and knowledgeable staff, everyone was fine to let me do my own thing and super helpful when i had questions. place is clean, well organized, and prices are well beyond reasonable. definitely recommend”
“I came to this store in hopes of finding something that the store ultimately didn't carry, but the employees were very responsive and helpful in searching for the product then suggesting the website for what I wanted. I purchased other drinks that were enjoyable.”
“Looking for the right Price after seeing floating prices. Same price as always here . And the staff is friendliest to satisfy the customers. If you're looking for a great tasting banana pudding Moon shine drink . This is the place to go. So glad I stumbled upon ABC serving the neighborhood with fair and reasonable prices ? Good to the last drop”
“Always a warm welcome and quick service for this ABC wholesale. Helps when they treat us small distillers as equal as the bigger vendors. Ryan ‘Batman’ has been a great point of contact!”
“This place has the best staff! They aren’t interested in upselling, they are genuinely friendly and have saved me money on more than 1 occasion. They have a great rewards program! If you are going to go to any liquor store, go to this one.”

“First, I would like to say something about another review. The complaints that were posited took place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This strained ALL local businesses.Secondly, the driver who services my work place on his route has worked very hard to make sure we are happy. I have worked directly with him to resolve some of the issues employees had with some vending options. He has been patient and kind. I greatly appreciate it.I did have an issue in the past (which is why I took off a star) with the apparent owner not responding to my emails, which is why I took my issues up with the driver - who immediately resolved our issues.Additionally, each time I have called with an issue regarding the functionality of our machine(s), it has been resolved as quickly as possible.”
