“I have been using this post office since moving to Huntsville in 2019. This is by far the best USPS in world, yes world. Never busy and never an attitude. I even rented my PO Box when I went overseas for 3.5 years and they were always welcoming when I returned. They may not have the best hours for all those who work off base but if you work on base you need make this your go too USPS. I make it a point to drive on base after teleworking to handle my mail business because of the friendliness and knowledge of the staff.”
“Always great, just wish they accepted cards! They do have an atm on location though. If you want to save money on fees go to the bank first, use cash back at a DG, Walmart, etc. I typically print from home and then drop off here. 3 mins down the road. Can’t beat that.”
“This is the best post office in Huntsville. The workers there take care of you, yes sometimes you have to wait a little bit but the service is worth it 100 percent. The carriers are stellar as well. Two thumbs up for consistency, communication, and friendliness of the staff”
“Had a good experience two out of the three times I've been. The only problem I had was that one time their computer was down and they weren't able to locate my package in the back. But the other two times it was nice and quick. The best experience I had was going in at 10:00 AM on a Monday, and there was no line, and I was served immediately. Side note, I was not able to get ahold of them on the phone, but they're helpful in person.”
“Usually I go in during afternoons, and the experience isn't the greatest. But this week, I went in first thing in the morning and I found ALL of the employees to be polite, helpful, and pleasant. They were trying to assist me with a problem, and ultimately couldn't get me an answer, but Rod in particular was such a pleasure to work with -- he was concerned for my privacy (encouraged me to write down, rather than state out loud, certain information that he needed to research my issue), and just generally came across as a good guy. A carrier happened to be in line behind me, and he greeted me right away, offered to supplement any assistance that I got at the counter. It was hard to believe it was the same post office, honestly!”
“There are so many bad reviews about this place. I dealt with the bald guy with the fire beard, and he was as pleasant as could be. I think the problems people have with this place come from within.”
“apparently people in the Post office thinkin' it's an imac store or something.... I have lived off Mastin lake for 8 years now, and I have NEVER EVER had one problem. My ONE tiny suggestion is that the lobby hrs be posted, but that's on me because I forgot about the receptacles out front.”
