UPS Store on Meridian is outstanding. Best customer service, smiling, helpful employees. I'm usually not accustomed to the 'routine' but they are always willing to help me with my transactions! It is a blessing this store is open ... and convenient to my home as well as great parking!

I wasted my time X 4 trips and my money. They lost my package. The main UPS warehouse store on Winchester Rd tried to help but this seems to be an ongoing problem at the A&M location...

Well my first visit was good my second not . Two ladies decided to close early and there was multiple customers outside that were denied access and then when I'm trying to get information on another store the girls came out and insinuated I was going to harass them!
