“Ms. Lisa Reynolds is one the kindest person I have ever met. The store was very clean and is fast track despite being managed by Ms. Lisa. Shipping is also transperant. She is also a great Notary Public. I highly recommend this store for prints, shipping and notary among other services available!”

“Grab service and the prices for shipping isn't bad at all. I suggest you put your items in boxes first before you get there. Otherwise, you will have to pay for packaging, as well as shipping. I love how my packages always arrive on time and early. Not like the Post Office, where you don't know if they will arrive on time, let alone arrive at all!!! I always use UPS Store for all my shipping! You get what you pay for...buyer beware 😏!!!”

“I would like to commend the employees at The UPS Store on University Drive for the exceptional customer service they provided to me. I recently shipped more than $1,300 worth of items to my daughter, who had just moved to New York. I brought multiple items into the store that needed to be packed and shipped, and the employees were extremely patient, helpful, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the employees who assisted me, but I especially want to recognize the employee who has been with the store for more than 15 years. She was absolutely awesome! Her problem-solving skills were impeccable, and it was clear that her priority was finding the most economical and efficient way to pack and ship my items. She took the time to consider my options and helped me avoid unnecessary expenses while ensuring that my belongings were properly packed and shipped. Her professionalism, patience, knowledge, and genuine commitment to helping a customer were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Your excellent customer service did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the care and assistance you provided.”

“Ive been getting ready for a cross country move after getting a new job, and wound up with quite a few boxes I couldn’t take with me for the move. I can’t say anything about UPS’ shipping service as a whole, but Jayla’s professionalism and attention to detail helped me speed through shipping the boxes, giving me highlighted terms, tracking numbers, and everything I need to feel confident that UPS can get my boxes to where they need to be! The store staff was able to work around my clutter, while still helping customers behind me with ease. Apologies for the mess, but thank you to the team at UPS Huntsville!”
