“As a local realtor, I stopped by the post office to send some fun Fourth of July goodies to a client. The woman who helped me was so kind and walked me through the best shipping options. Great service and always a helpful resource for staying connected with my clients!”
“I have been using this post office since moving to Huntsville in 2019. This is by far the best USPS in world, yes world. Never busy and never an attitude. I even rented my PO Box when I went overseas for 3.5 years and they were always welcoming when I returned. They may not have the best hours for all those who work off base but if you work on base you need make this your go too USPS. I make it a point to drive on base after teleworking to handle my mail business because of the friendliness and knowledge of the staff.”
“Always great, just wish they accepted cards! They do have an atm on location though. If you want to save money on fees go to the bank first, use cash back at a DG, Walmart, etc. I typically print from home and then drop off here. 3 mins down the road. Can’t beat that.”
“Polite and efficient service. The building is very dated and looks like the postal service really doesn't care much about maintenance. But the location is not typically crowded and seems to be full service.”
“Had a good experience two out of the three times I've been. The only problem I had was that one time their computer was down and they weren't able to locate my package in the back. But the other two times it was nice and quick. The best experience I had was going in at 10:00 AM on a Monday, and there was no line, and I was served immediately. Side note, I was not able to get ahold of them on the phone, but they're helpful in person.”
“This was the easiest experience with getting a passport. I cannot remember the gentlemans name that helped me at the whitesburg office but he was most excellent.”
“Horrible!!!!! Package confusion , wrong deliveries, packages sent back that shouldn’t be….today the door is closed when they should be open at 10am it’s 11:15 still not open .. no sign .. nothing… several customers waiting and no response but we can hear them laughing , talking behind the doors. Unprofessional, rude , and ignorant on their part! At least communicate to customers if there are concerns !!!!! A customer went to the back and was told “ we don’t work the window on Saturday “ lies!!!!

I do want to edit this and say things have gotten MUCH better … the two main workers were never the problem it was being understaffed .. they are working to do better and there have been improvements !!!! They have hired more staff and things have been smoother!!! Workers are always pleasant and helpful!!!!”
“apparently people in the Post office thinkin' it's an imac store or something.... I have lived off Mastin lake for 8 years now, and I have NEVER EVER had one problem. My ONE tiny suggestion is that the lobby hrs be posted, but that's on me because I forgot about the receptacles out front.”

“This is the only post office I will go to! The ladies here are so friendly, efficient and kind! It is on A&M's campus but is open to the public.Couldn't recommend this location more.”
