“What a wonderful children's boutique! If you are looking for something special for a baby, this is the place to go! They have exquisite clothes for children. I believe the sizes only go up to a 3 or 4 so it is really for young children only. On a recent visit, I bought a few items for my grandchild. So excited to see them on. My daughter is going to love them. Is this place cheap? No. The clothes are expensive but if you can afford it, you will really get some wonderful things. If you are looking for something for a special occasion, this is the place to shop!”

“i scheduled a short hair cut which includes shampoo, conditioner, blow dry, and hair cut at $25. however, i was immediately seated at the salon chair rather than the shampoo chair. i assumed she would ask what i want and then take me to the shampoo chair but instead she started cutting my hair. long story short, i was charged for an express cut which is $35. i definitely should’ve spoken up and let her know that i wanted my hair washed but i assumed she knew what i wanted from my booking. i felt as this if she dismissed my booking because she had another client in a different chair but i’m not sure.all of this to say, my haircut is still really cute and i’m happy with it! however, i’m really disappointed i spent $10 more then i wanted because i wasn’t able to tip her more than $5. i definitely recommend this salon but make sure they know what you want.Service: Haircut”

“Sikes is the absolute best. I went there for the first time today to find shoes for my almost 2 year old. They are so friendly and will spend plenty of time with you to make sure your child is getting the right size. I ended up buying two pairs of shoes on sale, and when I got home, the manager of the store called to let me know they had accidentally overcharged me for the shoes, and made sure to remedy the situation during our phone call. If she hadn’t called, I would have never known there had been a mistake, and I am so appreciative of her honesty and willingness to do the right thing. I will definitely be returning and making sure all my friends know where to get shoes for their kids!”

“They were so helpful! I'm from out of town, but wanted to get something that my dad could gift my daughter. Since I'm not in town, I was nervous about finding something that would work. They sent me photos of different items that I may want, talked to me multiple times on the phone, and then they wrapped the item so that my dad could pick it up and give it to my daughter. Wonderful customer service! Will definitely be using them again.”

“We've stopped by here and Carter's several times to search for clothes and accessories for our daughter. I mention Carters because, while there may be two different doors, one with each company's name, there are no walls separating the two businesses and you can freely checkout at either location with items from the other store. Employees restock both sides and are friendly and offer help all the time. I'm sure we'll be back to get more stuff for our daughter soon.”

They’ve such an amazing collection and all the ladies who run the store are super sweet and helpful! I decided to get my parents a blanket and fun stuff customized it for me with my parents’ names on it. Not only that but they wrapped it up so cute as well. “Nice clean store with clean dressing rooms, wide variety of clothing to choose from arranged by styles and colors. A lot of the racks where high up so shorter people had a hard time reaching them and finding the sizes needed. Clearance racks were posted as 9.99 and up and of course I found a 20.99 shirt to buy. Prices were sort of higher than I expected for an outlet store. Cashier was friendly and efficient.”

“I’ve had excellent experiences here fitting my kids for shoes. Mikiea (sp?) is a true professional, and she went out of her way to make sure the shoes fit with room to grow. They are always so busy on Saturdays when I go. They have a digital sign-in pad for help, which seems fair to me. I was sad to read the comments below that seem to suggest there is bad customer service here. That hasn’t been my experience, and I saw staff and patrons of several races working and shopping at Sikes. I’ve never witnessed anything but exceptional service at the new location where I have shopped.”
