“I now know what shoe buying for kids is supposed to be like. Alan was fantastic, seriously. Our 5yo daughter is always so hard to buy shoes for. She loves the ones Alan found and fitted her for. Amazing experience compared to trying on 2 dozen pair ourselves at Target only for her to never wear them again. We'll come back every time from now on.
We did come back with our 3yo son who's even harder to get shoes for. Like, we dreaded it before. We asked for Alan by name, and again, it went amazing. He's a magic worker. So grateful!”

“Best service I’ve ever seen from a retail shoe store. High tech—they use a 3D foot scanner to help find the best fit and then advise on shoe selection. High touch—a rep greets you and stays with you the whole time.
I have to brag on the team member Clay—he unboxed every shoe for me, prepared it for trying on, and then did something I have never seen before at a shoe store: he literally asked to put each pair of shoes on my feet and lace them up for me.

“I had the absolute best time shopping for outfits for my honeymoon here. Ella helped me the entire time I was there, and she was the absolute sweetest person ever. Ella made my experience here a 100/10. I felt like an actual princess by the way she took care of me and pulled the cutest outfits, and felt like her best friend before I left the store. People like Ella are the ones that are hard to find, but make the customer’s experiences top tier and memorable. She was an excellent listener, helper, and my experience would not have been the same without her. I don’t even live in Birmingham but I want to go back to this store the next time I’m passing through just because of how fun and special of a time I had here.
