“Am I the only one who forget about HomeGoods?! I came here to browse around during my lunch. This wasn't the best idea; as there is just so much to explore. In a good way! I was very intrigued with the selections offered. It's literally something for every room in the house . All priced reasonable ... isn't that great?! I received courteous service at checkout. Since I was on a tight schedule , I will have to return to shop more and use up my gift card balance. This was a good shopping experience!”

I was running late to a Christmas party and she wrapped my gift with the paper they used for clothes wrapping so I didn't have to go run and grab gift wrap somewhere. It would have been really easy for her to turn me away but the 2-mile service was something I really appreciated.”

“I’m a huge fan of Homegoods! They have great prices on everything from faux plants to dishware, rugs, lamps, frames, mirrors, decor (the list goes on and on). This location is pretty organized and gets new inventory often. They also sell a limited inventory online now, so you can shop there and return what doesn’t work out. Love their easy-going return policy.”

“Gotta love Target. Right! I always love looking through their dollar or cheaper items that are close to the doors and I enjoyed looking through all the Easter items and such. To me, they always have such good cool stuff and usually of good quality too. My reasoning for my trip to target this time was to look for a maternity dress or just one that would fit me for my baby shower. They had literally nothing in the maternity section and it was actually filled with like all kinda baby clothes and accessories. I managed to find just a few dresses, but since I am so short when I went to try them on and since they weren't maternity none of them fit so I had no luck there at all and we ended up leaving empty handed & not buying anything.”

“Jasmine always spoke so highly of Citi Trends. She loved their selection and that everything is very reasonably priced. I had never been to a Citi Trends before, but had heard her talk about it as being one of her go tos. Not having anything to compare this experience to, I talked with Jasmine and she told me that this is a smaller location. Typically there is an entire purse section and much more fluff around. But this store was a lot different. When we first came inside, any other bags we were holding we had to give to the girls behind the register. I had heard that this was a practice, but had not seen it in person. This makes sure that no one can steal or put something into their other bags without anyone watching. Other then this being a smaller store compared to others in and around the area, it was a pretty great experience. They had lots of things to look at and tons of options from women's and children's clothing to jewelry, accessories and even some candies and snacks. Not sure if I'll be back, but again, was happy to have experienced it!”

“We have been looking for a certain wardrobe unit for over 2 years. A different Big Lots sold us 2 units 2 years ago and we got home only to realize what was in the box was not what we ordered. We were devastated and decided not to pursue finding it again. Fortunately, we visited a store recently and it found us again. This time we asked them to search for the item at other stores. We purchased 2 wardrobes from Trussville and the experience was very pleasant. We called ahead to reserve them and when we arrived Stan and Ian were very helpful. They were attentive, remembered us from the call, and helped us load everything. If you need household items, furniture, outdoor patio furniture, or home decor along with pleasant customer service, visit Big Lots in Trussville.”

“This location the workers are very welcoming & nice.I don’t like the fact how recently you have to wait in line like at WalMart. It takes a minute for them to call for back up on front end. Other then that this is my favorite 2nd favorite target location. My children and I pretty live in here. We visit at least once a week.”

“I went in here the other day looking for a small makeup mirror, and I did not find one. The store was extremely empty from what I saw. Most of the shelves were bare and they had only 4-5 pairs of shoes in a size 10 women's. I'm not sure if it was a transitional state from the holidays or if it is always like that.”

“Oh, Target! One of my fav places to kill time and unwind. This location is in Homewood near a variety of other stores and what used to be Brookwood mall. As someone who avoids crowsds, I tend to come at odd hours to avoid the rush, but sometimes it's inescapable. I'm a big fan of the curbside pickup since you can get your order in 2 hours or less. Even when I forget to let them know I'm on the way, I've never really had to wait long. The staff here's pretty friendly. I don't have to hunt people down or chase them when I need help. Sometimes the self checkout stations are swamped and the regular check out lines are minimal, which can be a pain. Overall, I enjoy visiting this Target and appreciate its convenient proximity to other stores I frequent.”

“YOU PLAID ME AT HELLO!I don't know how I missed the news that a Burlington store opened on Highway 280. But I am so happy that I found it. Burlington, formally known as Burlington Coat Factory, has gone through some changes in the past couple years. Changing over from being known for their coats to now being a similar bargain store to TJ Max and Marshall's. Recently, I came to the Burlington in Hoover, and realized how they offer so many perfumes that I have been hunting for. Thinking that this location because it is a little larger, would have the same selection I came in and was unfortunately disappointed. I guess you can say not all Burlington stores are the same. Though they do have a ton of clothing, accessories and other items, the perfume selection was just lacking from what I saw. I was happy that this location exists and I'm sure that the people who live in and around highway 280 are just as pleased. You can definitely find so,e deals and steals at Burlington.”

“Bought a beautiful white casual outfit for my wife. It fit perfectly and was more substantial than the track warm-up I recently purchased on line. It was a little more expensive than what I wanted to pay but it was worth it. I have always wanted to go in and checkout the sports apparel since I like sports clothing especially the Lakers. I will have to go back and price jackets and warmups for myself. The downside for me was finding a good parking spot that could have easily been found if I had turned right at the corner and parked behind the store.”
