βNine years ago I originally gave this business on Greensprings 2 stars and no written review. Since that review, I have shopped this Ollie's location numerous times and have been pleasantly surprised by the improvements of this Ollie's location. This store is a much larger store than the Ollie's near me in Forestdale. I am very pleased with this store. The employees here are pleasant and helpful. I very much appreciate the lower prices and huge selection of merchandise. Raising my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. I wish I lived closer to this store, I'd be here a couple times a week. Be sure to get what you want when you see it as their merchandise changes since they buy various stores' merchandise when those stores are overstocked or going out of business. I wanted a toaster/air fryer over and kept waiting to get a coupon (Ollie's Army coupon) for 10-15% off. They sold out of the ovens before I got a coupon so I still don't have the oven I wanted...but I keep checking hoping they will get more in. Ollie's prices were $10-20 cheaper than regular retail stores and the same brand names.β

βThis place is huge!!! I visited with friends and we were very motivated to see everything -- but we had no idea how much that would be! Upstairs, downstairs, the collector's nook... all good. My friends and I have different tastes, and we all found something to love. The booths are well curated and seem to have a high standard of presentation, which is always nice. The staff was friendly and gave us some good advice about where to find things we were looking for; they know their stuff! Will definitely visit again.β

βwe bought dumplings and the worker was the sweetest person ever! Their name was jaiden (not sure if the correct spelling) and had the best attitude when checking us out. We just had to go give him a dumpling! Best service ever!!!β

βI went to this store one evening and received the BEST service from Imari :). She was EXTREMELY polite and VERY knowledgeable. It seems so small, but I wanted legos for a therapy client and she was the most patient human ever. Thank you!!!β
βI go here all the time. Their stock changes which is unfortunate when you want to get the same thing again. I recently bought a large bag of fantastic jerky. -✨ for some things not having a price label on them.β

βI believe her name was Lori. If I’m mistaken, I apologize. She’s the sweetest person I’ve ever met. We had a wonderful conversation, and she had a smile on her face the whole time. They were incredibly attentive to the customers, ensuring that everyone was being checked out promptly.β
βThe lines are usually backed up, BUT the cashiers are trying. NOT friendly, like they aint got time for all that extra smile and stuff. But they scan you and want you out of the store as quickly as possible. They usually have a clean store, aisle are clutter free. Some days it aint. But not bad. Everyone is always working, but Noone is every friendly. Its a job, they obviously hate, but work is part of it. The worst part is when they are scanning customers and talking to each other about schedules and who did this and who didnt do that. Seems like an office would be the best place for those discussions but who knows anymore.β
βWe came into this Dollar Tree for the first time and we were blown away how well this store was stocked and the cashier was friendly. I would say whoever the manager is, is doing a great job. I can promise that my wife will see to it that we'll be back.β
βI had the pleasure of encountering sales clerk Jai. It was literally 20 minutes before closing the night before the 4th of July. There were others in the store focused on reshelving out of place items. I needed balloons and they were too high to reach so Jai jumped and got me 6. I also needed items for sβmore and he went and got all of the items for me since I couldnβt find them. His attention to details, amazing customer service and polite mannerisms really made a stressful race against the clock, an enjoyable shopping experience. I just wanted to recognize him because he truly does deserve it.β

βWas unaware that this specific location stays open til 10pm everyday except Sundays (close at 9pm sunday) but was pleasantly surprised as I was in desperate need of some excedrine & it kept me from having to go all thru a big store (Walmart lol). The workers were kind & quick getting me checked out.β
βBest dollar store I have ever been to! So many options, great service, clean and well stocked. Highly recommend this dollar store. Everybody is polite and the layout is nice and neat and logical.β

βI always find good items, good deals at Five Below but I'm very disappointed that they've joined the self-checkout only regime. I really don't like having an employee of a store standing right at the cash register and me being expected to do the work. Shopping is supposed to be a release after I've been to work all week. Not more work for someone else for free, or rather that I pay for.β
βWhen I was preparing to check out, I witnessed another customer yelling at one of the cashiers. The customer was extremely rude and disrespectful to the cashier. I was impressed by how the cashier handled the situation. She was very respectful and handled the situation very professionally. When I reached the register, I commended her for doing a wonderful job handling the customer. Thank you, Arlesia, for demonstrating exceptional customer service.
The woman's bathroom was very clean.β
βStopped by this dollar tree in search of a cooler bag for some ice cream. Found all the essentials, got some frozen pops, Vaseline and the hot/cold bag. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews as I found the store to be pleasant, clean and empty with friendly employees. Worth a stop if you need to organize yourβ
βA very slept on retailer. They have lots of reasonably priced items from clothing to smal home decor, food and electronics. Shop here before you go anywhere else. Just with they had more cashiers.β
βI had never been in here before, but generally knew what to expect - decent prices on the (somewhat random) items found within. We found a basketball for our daugher, our main goal, and a few other random things that we added to the buggy as we browsed through the store. They have sporting goods, clothes, electronics, swim and beach stuff - though I'm sure this is seasonal. It's nice to know we didn't have to spend a fortune on it though.β

I did not like that she was in there by herself that's not very safe that's not very good and that's not very businesslike for y'all to do a girl like that
I understand your short staffed, then you should have had a guy in there running it. Not that a girl can't but it's not very safe in this day and age. And if your short-staffed you shouldn't be open in the first placeβ
βPretty good for some basics. They seem to try to carry a little of everything. Cashier was nice, and the guy stocking asked if I needed help when he noticed I was looking for something; pointed me right to it.β

βThe store manager Quoya is amazing. She works very hard everyday to satisfy the customers. Sheβs currently the only person working at that store and she does a good job working two registers while meeting the needs of customers. She definitely deserves a pay raise!!!!!β
